Motor took forever for them to even ship it to me, the whole process took a little over a month before they shipped the motor out to me, they were not helpful at all for any updates I had to call many times for them to tell me any update, and when motor finally got here it was leaking oil from several places, had broken valve covers, bad gaskets, and they had cut through all hoses, hard lines and electrical harness even though they promised a complete engine assembly completely plug and play, and now they are absolutely no help in resolving this issue with me, and have rejected my warranty claim. Would not recommend at all.

Scammed , scam alert!! Didn't give me the engine they were selling me and then didn't uphold their warranty and send .me the full refund only got 200 out of the 1300 I paid. I learned me lesson to never work with them again, do the same and don't trust them

Great customer service

We are submitting this review for the dishonesty this company displays with its practices. There was a chargeback filed by Cody Bratcher (someone they sold an engine to from our company). In direct communication with Mr. Bratcher, he stated that he repaired the engine and continues to use it. He further stated that he filed the dispute in order to recover money while still keeping the engine. This demonstrates clear acknowledgment of receipt, use, and benefit from the product. Tagore Auto Parts gave him authorization to keep the engine without our consent while charging back this item. We did not recoup our engine and are losing $1500. How is this fair our ethical? Tagore charged him $2200 (a $700 profit and is refunding him what they paid us) They get their money, the client keeps engine and gets his money back. That is a straight theft of a product. We will be suing Tagore Auto Parts for this theft.

UPDATE: We spoke with the client and received an email from Joseph from your company stating he was keeping the engine and wanted compensation. We instructed you to have him send it back, but you told him he could stay with it and refund him what you paid us while keeping your profit. Don't worry, we are filing against you.

The communication between the salesman and the customer was great. There was no feeling of being “in the dark” with the process.

The personnel were very knowledgeable, respectful, quick responses, and the delivery guy was fit, on the ball, and very helpful and polite.

Working with Sandy was a good experience she made the process quick and we were able to get the order taken care of quick. I would recommend to anyone else

I had a misunderstanding inthe beginning but Adien help me get it resolved and was help through the whole process. I would recommend him to be a point of contact for any future parts

The engine I received was in great condition and as stated on the billing.

Andy Smith did a great job of taking care of the issues that occurred.

I ordered an engine for a 1996 Jeep Cherokee from this company in April, 2025. Was told it came with all accessories and even paid extra for the wiring harness and ECU. The engine arrived without any accessories and was missing the wiring harness and ECU. After 3 months of broken promises, was told they could not get the ECU. I asked for an extension if the warranty since it had expired while I was waiting for the rest of the parts. The company refused!!! They gave me a small refund which wouldn't cover 1/2 the cost of the ECU and was told they would not provide the accessories they told me came with the engine. Then in October, 2025 I received a letter from the freight company they hired to deliver the engine, stating the bill was never paid and they were starting legal action against me for the cost of delivery. I paid Tagore $350 extra to cover delivery when i ordered it in April!!!

Tagore representatives have given me the run around, lied to me from day one, refused to honor their quote to me, and now have left me with paying AGAIN for the shipping.
