Passione, tradizione e tanto amore per le cose buone, sono il fil rouge che mi ha condotto nella creazione di questa attività; una vera avventura densa di ricordi. Ricordi oramai lontani ma altrettanto cosi cari dei periodi di festa, quando da bambino aiutavo mia nonna e mia madre nella preparazione della pasta fatta in casa. La scelta accurata delle materie prime e i gesti ripetuti con tanta saggezza per creare tortellini, lasagne e strichetti, fanno sorgere sul mio volto un sorriso ogni volta che ci penso. Proprio questi ricordi felici di quando ero bambino e la volontà di mantenere la tradizione della pasta fatta in casa mi ha spinto a creare e vendere i miei prodotti tutti realizzati in Italia proprio come quelli che vedevo usare da bambino. Ancora oggi in famiglia usiamo gli stessi strumenti e seguiamo le stesse ricette tradizionali tramandate da generazioni per creare la pasta fatta in casa che, da buon Bolognese, non può mai mancare. Happy with products
Ordered brass dies for extruder purchased in Canada. Also bought a few other items - mattarello with cover, brass ferretto and corzetti stamps.

Ordered a pasta extruder and all the dies they had in stock at the time. Couldn’t believe how fast my order got here considering they came from Italy! Even got a free pasta cutter as a gift. Very pleased with the whole experience! Will recommend Tagliapasta to everyone!

This (below) is the way this company responds when you point out they have sent you a defective product and you make a review. First Paolo tries to bribe you off with a 20% discount and then when you say no - I want to return the product and get a new product in the conditions advertised - he threatens to sue you: (his words):
“I will sue you for damage caused to corporate reputation due to a false review about lack of customer service. You wrote that review not giving me time to reply. If you intend for customer service a reply after 5 minutes you won't find it.
You cannot damage a company reputation after a mistake that could happen without giving to this company the opportunity and time to reply”
Paolo, you had the chance to do the right thing. You chose to take advantage of your customer. You chose to be crooked.

My first time ordering from Tagliapasta and I'm really pleased. I was in contact with Paolo about my order and he replied so quickly and gave me tips on how best to care for my products. He was really helpful. I love the rolling pin and pasta board, they seem to be of good quality. I had some issues cutting with the haccp tortelloni cutter.
Delivery was quick. Would order again from Tagliapasta.
