I purchased the tagDiv theme for a client project and unfortunately had to remove it again.

In our setup, the theme caused severe performance issues. The website became significantly slower and was no longer usable in a professional context. Because of this, we had to cancel the entire project with this theme, which resulted in high costs.

I contacted support, but unfortunately they were not able to help. My last email, in which I requested a refund/return, has not been answered to this day.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the theme or the support from tagDiv.

Let's set the scene, I am not a technophobe. I have made websites in Dreamweaver and used to sell business Internet services.

I purchased the Newspaper plugin and spent 2 days trying to make sense of it. I looked through ALL of their YouTube videos, all of them are version 8 and I am on version 12. ALL of their support links seem to take you to a forum and the online support documents are utterly useless. I ended up buying a subscription to ChatGPT for a month and struggled on with that.

This is for techo wizards that still live at home with their parents, not middle-aged authors just wanting a website to display their scribblings.

Top tip TagDiv, roll overs that explain WTF something is are very helpful. You don't use them AT ALL.

i have 2 themes from tagdiv, they are good but the support is too slow, so i really don't recommend, and i will never buy any theme from theme

I have used TagDiv custom development work twice - once for a fix that I didn't have the skills for, and more recently for a major enhancement to my website which is based on the TagDiv Newspaper theme. The work makes the site which is a small local news brand sit against national and regional titles in appearance. Work was excellent, extra tweaks were added quickly - communication polite, straight to the point and timely. The next idea I have will be sent straight to the TagDiv team!

I've been happily using their Wordpress templates for years on several websites, I also used their customization service and I have been satisfied with the job.

WP templates choice out there is huge, but finding good ones is tough.

I found tagDiv themes well coded, versatile and with a wide range of customization options, plus, a professional and responsive customer support.

Highly recommended for professionals and serious bloggers.
