Shipping times are egregious. I can order something from China and it gets here in a week. Anything I order from tactical Shit only comes after I complain. I will not be using them again.

Hands down the worst company to deal with, poor customer service, price gouging and shipping delays. Other than that I rate the experience as similar to hitting your thumb with a hammer multiple times.

I order 300 blackout ammo 500 rounds of it and they kept say it will ship in a few weeks finally a month later they stopped responding to my calls and emails. However they kept my money. My credit card co went after them and they never heard from them. thank goodness my Credit card co reimbursed me. Because those bastards were going to keep my money and rip me off. Tactical shit my ass big ass shit theives.

Placed my order on 1/9/26, it is now 4/23/26, have not received my order. Emailed Rachel in February, she stated I needed to give them time to fulfill the order.
Same thing in March, she said they would be sending my order at the end of the week. Reached out on 4/22/26, stated that I needed my order by 4/24/26 or give me a full refund. Rachel replied "I suck", I will send you your refund. She was right they do "Suck". I will see if I get my money back.

I think their issue is inventory control ? If its in stock you get it quick if its not in stock they dont tell you and you wait and email for months........ Like me..... 4/6/26 still not here yet............

I thought someone stole my credit card when I saw an email about an order being shipped. That's how long these guys take to ship (quarter of a year). Avoid at all costs. Screw these guys.

Edit: Additionally, they flagged my review in attempt to remove it and Trustpilot (rightfully) restored it, since it didn't breach their guidelines. TS would rather scrub these reviews than improve to earn favorable ones. Shame on them

If I could give a lower score I would. This is the worst company to do business with EVER in my life. I order from reputable companies all the time without problems what so ever. This place is a scam in my opinion. I ordered many months ago and still getting the run around by their customer service (joke!). There are months of emails between us telling me the shipment went out or it will be here this week. All BS. I asked for a refund several times but NO that’s not an option. How can this company continue to screw their customers and get away with it? The few good reviews were made by them not customers. RIP OFF!

Order was delayed to the advertised end of wait times for shipping. Customer service found a replacement to ship within time frame. Went above and beyond to ship on time. Received product immediately afterwards. Excellent customer service. Will order from them again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. LONG LONG wait times for delivery. At this point still no ship date no email replies. They tell you to email after no phone calls answered or returned. Not a very professional business at all. Buyer Beware.

They have a huge selection of products to choose from compared to most other gun shops around. Very fair prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you may have. Highly recommend to anyone looking for firearms or parts for firearms. Good clothing selection as well.

It took 74 days to receive my order of 500 rds of subsonic 300BLK. 1 Dec 25 to 12 Feb 26. I requested cancellation and a refund three times before they finally shipped the order. They talked to me and responded to my emails, but they just wouldn’t ship my order. I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

I place order 2 months ago and have still not received it. First, it was "it is going out next week". Then they finally sent me a tracking number over a week ago. UPS still has not received it. One promise after another, still nothing.

Tactial describes what they sell and Sh*t decribes their customer service, communication and follow through!!! This is the first review I have ever written but, the experience was so bad, I just had to do it. Worst online experience of my life! Same problem as others have desribed, waiting and waiting and waiting for my order. If you reached them over the phone, consider yourself lucky, I literally called 24-times, all five extensions #1 retail store, #2 firearms, #3 communication company...whatever that is, #4 receiving, #5 customer service, not one answer! Email response extremely slow or none existant. Asked them multiple times to cancel my order and then out of nowhere, I get a shipping notification (after I already bought from a different vendor). It took 18-emails +- to get it straightened out. They did eventually issue my credit but, that's a whole other story! I could easily get over the delay in getting my ammo but, the customer service was so bad, that I will never forget it!!! Buy from them at your own peril!

I ordered 9mm subsonic ammo from Tactical Shit on January 5th. By January 9th, I still hadn’t received any tracking information, so I emailed to ask for an update. I didn’t hear back until January 13th, when I was told this order could take 14–21 days to ship.

On January 20th (15 days after ordering), I reached out again for a status update. I was told on January 22nd that my order would ship the following week. I waited patiently, but by January 29th—24 days after my original order—I still had no tracking number or confirmation that it had shipped. When I asked again, I was told it would ship “next week.”

So first it was this week, now it’s next week—with no tracking info and constantly moving goalposts. That’s incredibly frustrating.

If I weren’t getting a good deal per round, I would have canceled the order already. The lack of transparency and follow-through shows very little consideration for customers. There’s a big difference between shipping delays and repeatedly telling customers something will ship, then changing the story.

Next time, I’ll be ordering from another business.

I ordered and paid for 1000 rds 45ACP ammo on 11/17/25. Was told mid December it would “ship next week”. Today, 01/08/26 I still haven’t received my order and still no tracking number. Web site shows as “processing order” the last 7 plus weeks. I don’t plan to do any more business with them. I may even cancel this order since I’m getting tired of being jerked around.

Well 01/16/26 I cancelled my order after repeated emails saying it would ship followed by inaction. Finally got my refund 01/23/26. I won’t be doing any more business with them.

I ORDERED AN AR TYPE SHOTGUN ON 9/17/25 AND HERE ITIS 12/6/25 AND NO TRACKING NUMBER NO ORDER STATUS, I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS BUT TO NO AVAIL.IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG FOR NOTHING TO BE SHIPPED OR PAINTED I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SENDING MY MONEY.
