I placed an ordered over 2 weeks ago. I sent email to request status no response. I have called and no response due to phone call back voicemail box not setup. I have called every day of the week at different times no answer. I'll be in Houston next month and will stop by shop .

Substandard product and no response to refund requests
I purchased a polo t-shirt from Tactically Acquired. The product that was delivered was missing large portions of the logo and stitching. I attempted to contact the company by phone on their website, but the number that is listed on their website is not functional. I made multiple attempts to contact their customer service email, but I received absolutely no responses. As a military veteran (21+ years of service), I wanted to support veteran's owned businesses, yet I was very disappointed with this company's lack of accountability and customer communication. While I would appreciate a full refund, I would much rather prefer transparent communications, and perhaps an apology for poor service. To date I have received neither.
