excellent customer service, progress and delivery details clear and informative , age/status security checks quickly done and customer advised of this unlike an archery shop in Poole, Dorset that obviously doesn’t want to sell crossbows as their checking procedure is time consuming and ridiculously obstructive, most prospective buyers like myself probably just go elsewhere to buy. so well done Tactical Archery for getting it right and pleasing customers whilst also doing the legal checks which are obviously essential and necessary.

I bought a item on line and there were some issues that I was rather disappointed over. However having discussed them with tactical Archery UK all issues have been resolved satisfactoraly and they have gone the extra mile to make up for my disatisfaction.

My emails were answered quickly and to satisfactory conclusion. I couldn’t b happier with my Stinger2 crossbow, after spending countless hours watching review videos on various multi-shot pistol bows, I’m confident I chose the right bow for what I wanted. The optional red-laser-dot is easy to fit into a slot inside the front of the magazine and works great too. Many thanks guys!

avoid at all cost. I ordered a crossboww and extra bolts for my sons birthday, assured him it had been posted and would arrive in time, even showed him the tracking number. Of coarse it didnt arrive did it, because it never left, and the tracking number didnt work. You ring and it goes to answer machine except you cant leave a voice mail. no one on the online help total shambles. Thanks for making me look like a proper muppet in front of my son and his friends.

Hey just wanted to say I got a present from tactical Archery I called them a couple of days ago saying I had lost the handle for my EK archery crank for my 410+ then I found it somewhere in the house so called back again and said cancel but they still thought I should have an extra one and sent it out to me anyway so really nice thanks again

Super service - I'm new to this and bought a crossbow over the weekend, delivered Tuesday, extra bolts arrived Wednesday, as good as can be expected. There was a slight issue with the shoulder sling for the crossbow - emailed Tuesday - new shoulder sling arrived Wednesday. Excellent turnaround. emails answered within a couple of hrs. Thanks all.

Tactical Archery sent me the correct order in a timely manner. That doesn't sound that great but it's what you want from an online seller. It's like, 'it did what it said on the tin'.
Recommended, I'll definitely go back if I need anything in their line.

I found the Tackle Archery website a few months ago, as I wanted some advice regarding buying myself a crossbow. They have an excellent range of crossbows and accessories and gave great advice.
I signed up for there free newsletter and am informed of there amazing sales they have even though there prices are good to begin with.
I recently purchased a bargain sale crossbow for £15 (originally £38) with £2 signed for next day delivery.
I received my crossbow signed for and am so chuffed with it, after a few days my string came undone so messaged tactical archery in which they answer very quickly to be offered and sent a new one for free the next day.

It's roughly a month now since I asked just one question about the Barnett Crossbow. You still have not answered so I will have to take my business elsewhere I guess, because if you are not bothered about making a sale goodness knows how much effort you would put into sorting out a prob if one arose after purchase.

Package was delivered on time and undamaged. Looks great! Customer service is very good at responding and helping with anything. Haven’t had time to test the bow yet, but the company and product came recommended from a friend who was happy, so I’m confident.
