A wee communication issue with my first order at the turn of the year but I put that down to the time of year and just how busy independent retailers can be during this period, after that initial issue the guys at Tactical Archery stepped up to the plate so I can only give them a very satisfied 10/10 for customer service and for going that extra mile to make sure my second order had no issues what so ever. Lots of brands and stock with next day delivery and fantastic communication so all in all I’ll definitely be doing business with Tactics Archery again in the near future and I 100% recommend them as, in my opinion, the best Archery supplier in the UK.

First class service

Wry disappointed. Ordered a lovely archery set for my husband for Christmas. When I ordered it it said 1-2 days delivery and 5 days later it said posted and I was given a tracking id by phone and on their website. I still haven’t had my delivery so I emailed the shop and received a reply to say that it isn’t in stock and will only be in store at the end of next week. I’m scared this is a scam. Can’t get hold of tactical archery by phone and can’t even leave a voicemail. Very disappointed as this item was meant to be in stock as well.

I have bought several items from Tactical Archery and have found them to be well priced with very good customer service. Will be using them again in the future.

Stock issues were easily sorted. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a suitable replacement and that it would indeed arrive before Christmas. Things go wrong, it happens, but when the staff go so above and beyond to sort any issues, that makes the world of difference.

Ordered on the 3rd December and still no delivery. I emailed and was assured it would be in stock on friday. Friday came, and still no shipment. The following week I emailed again ... 'it'll be here by friday'. Still, another week has passed and no shipment.

This company is useless and I will never be ordering from them again.

Great company. Happy to help when i wanted to change my order an add on some stuff. Extremely helpful when i was unable to pay in full an held my order until i could pay in full. Had some bank issues, on my side NOT thiers. Were very patient and helpful helping me get it sorted. Order was here in 2-3 days as promised and very happy with the product. AR-6 STINGER 2 is a lot of fun an has a great punch. Going for the bigger arm soon! 💪 Thanks guys
