Taco casa is too lazy to allow customization using DoorDash or Uber eats

Taco casa has excellent food. I think the tacos are the best I've ever eaten, plenty of cheese, beef has good flavor. The issue for me is, ordering from DoorDash. Whoever, at Taco casa, is responsible for the menu, is lazy. They don't care enough to put descriptions of each item, and they don't give a way to take ingredients out of an item, or allow special instructions to leave ingredients on the side. I personally can't stand sour cream and I mistakenly assumed that they would leave the sour cream on the side, not so. I left instructions for corporate to call me. That has not happened, and with my previous experience with other restaurants, it will never happen, Even though their contact information said they would call me.

If you go to the restaurant and order face-to-face the food is absolutely great. If you order from DoorDash, you get what you get, with no recourse. I assume Uber eats would be the same way, although I have not ordered a taco salad using Uber eats yet. If you want great, fast, Mexican food, Taco casa is your place face to face. Just don't use DoorDash or Uber eats if you want, or need, to customize your order. With Taco casa you're out of luck.

Thanks for listening.
