The product speaks for itself, but the customer care when there was a glitch needs others to speak about it. A company's mettle is how it handles mistakes, and this one was absolutely fantastic.

Prompt delivery and well packaged

Prompt delivery and well packaged. Not used the cases yet, but have tried attaching them together at home. As an older woman who regularly travels across the other side of world to visit family, and always goes loaded with items from home they are unable to get - I struggle on my own when unable to get a trolley and there aren’t always porters - so I’m hoping these will make life easier

Thank you Tach!

After my case was dropped from a very high height and damaged my case a replacement was dispatched following a payout from BA. Thank you Tach!

A game changer for a Solo Female Traveller

As a woman who often travels solo, I can honestly say my TACH luggage has made navigating airports and stations so much easier. The Velcro connection straps are brilliant - so quick and simple to use, and they make pulling multiple cases a breeze.

The interior design is really well thought out too. The separate zipped compartment is perfect for keeping clean and dirty clothes apart, and there are loads of handy pockets for all those little bits and pieces.

It’s stylish as well. I love that there’s such a great range of colours to choose from. Midnight Blue for me!

Honestly, this luggage has been a total game changer for me. Highly recommend. Thank you, TACH!

Luggage that makes travel easier

Three-piece set bought to use for international travel via overseas flight and rental. Red color is matte, not right but still easy to spot on airport conveyor belt. At first glance, luggage appears flimsy but it’s not. There is a little give which makes opening/closing and packing easy. Each piece is very roomy with convenient zipper interior flap for one section, 4 zipper pockets on flap, elastic X band to secure items in other section. Two weeks worth of summer clothing, beach & personal items, gifts/souvenirs packed, still room for more, and well under airlines weight limits. Exterior side and top handles a wee bit tight against the luggage, not much room for fingers, but manageable. Pull up handles are a bit wobbly. The carry on handle got stuck in up position and only moved by hard fist hit. With excellent wheels that make maneuvering super easy on all surfaces, handles were used primarily for guides to move attached/unattached luggage and to hold other items on top of attached luggage, great extra space to eliminate carrying anything. Now for the best function, attaching the three pieces to each other to make one item to push or pull, and providing areas to carry other items such as backpacks, duffel bags, purses. These may be secured by putting their handles/straps over the luggage handles. Each piece has two Velcro pads that, when opened, match to another piece of luggage to attach. The covers are a bit tight and hard to detach at first. I found it easier to pull away the top cover corner just a bit, then start pulling upward from the bottom corner, then both corners until completely detached. Make sure to hold onto the cover as it tries to reattached itself! To attach the pieces, I found it easier if I sat with the smaller piece braced against my knees and pulled the larger piece into it. To detach, standing was easier as I could use my feet by the wheels to brace the pieces. I used the luggage to help pull apart the Velcro by pushing it away once one side was detached. When replacing the Velcro cover, I very gently patted it into place, making it easier to detach. This set comes with a strap to attach to the largest piece so the luggage train may be pulled. I found it easier and safer to push my train to reduce my space in a crowded airport. It was also easier when moving in and out of elevators, especially those with different entrance/exit doors since I could push either end. My luggage train was noticed by many in both countries who even stopped and asked me about it. It was of great interest to airlines staff. I was happy to explain and give the TACH name and website to all who asked. Wonder if I’ll get a commission for those sales!

I’m really impressed with my Tach…

I’m really impressed with my Tach luggage! The quality is outstanding – it feels solid and well-built, with sturdy handles that give me complete confidence they won’t break. The wheels glide smoothly in any direction, making it super easy to move around. I also love the built-in inner compartments, which keep everything organised and easy to find while travelling. It’s practical, stylish, and clearly made to last. Definitely will be adding to my collection and highly recommend!

A unique design with great abilities

A unique design with great abilities. Ordered 2 sets of three cases for our family of 4. It makes the journey through the airport so much easier with all 6 cases connected and just one handle to pull. 2 large cases, 2 medium and 2 carry on. Perfect for a week away for most families. Highly recommend these

Excellent product but...

I LOVE the luggage and have several sets. I've even recommended this company (in the USA) to friends who've bought the luggage. So why am I rating them 1 star? Customer service! I ordered a set for my friend's birthday. Ordered the Grey because she's very conservative. Tach sent me the bright PURPLE which I could never give her. I filled out the form, called, emailed customer service all to no avail. At one point an actual person replied to me and asked me to send photos of the box it came in-- which I did-- but I can't get any reply again! It's maddening. The box with the Purple luggage has been sitting out on my porch for days and I keep emailing again & again and get no reply. A quality product is important, but equally important is customer service. My problem was so simple to correct, yet I can't get anyone to respond. Hence the 1 star.

PS. Im updating my review because I finally did get a reply from Tach with apologies for not replying to me and a tracking number for the replacement luggage which is what I originally ordered. Still only gave them 4 stars because I think more than 1 person should reply to customers, but as I said at the beginning, the luggage is great especially if you're traveling alone with 3 suitcases and only have 2 hands.

THE best invention

So quick from order to delivery, the product itself is amazing and so incredibly easy to use, with 2 small children to wrangle, the luggage has literally given me 2 extra sets of hands and the ability to travel solo if I wanted to.

Faulty handle. Case replaced.

Sorry to say that one of the cases has a faulty handle. Disappointing. I hope they resolve it quickly.
After informing Tach they replaced the faulty suitcase. Which was handled well by them but it does beg the question “How did this suitcase pass their Quality Control process?”
