Ok experience, improvements needed

Overall a reasonable experience, I placed the order but had a little hassle as no Visa card payment available on the website, eventually made the payment.
Received the confirmation of payment and the receipt and then the next day the tracking info. The next day after I got the tracking data, then a total of 3 days later the DPD number started working. I then saw it was delivered to the drop of point after a total of 5 working days. I didn't receive a DPD collect code but luckily the drop of point were fine with ID.
Really good FLOS, very good quality, impressed for the money, excellent.
1 Star removed for the hassle, this is a reasonable product and ok company but maybe a little disorganised, they also didn't answer an email I sent them.
