Update: Following the review i recieved a full refund, changing the star rating from 1 to 3.

No communication at all.

Im really hoping it isn't a scam, and I will be happy to update once the situation has changed. I ordered an item from tabletop minis. I received a receipt from paypal, but nothing else. I reached out via email, but am yet to get a reply.

Apologies if you havent got round to it, Trustpilot has sent me an email asking my feedback, and i can only give that based on my current experience.

10 days after placing order, have not heard nothing. The Contact company report on their website is not working.
I hope I'm wrong but it seems this is not a real company, or they are happy to take your money and then do nothing.
Looks like they do this a lot looking at other reviews. I would certainly not order on line from them again.

Ordered an item from their online store that was marked as "Available to Order" meaning it would take 2-10 days for the item to even be shipped out to me.

After ordering the item, I was immediately charged and no confirmation of purchase from them was emailed to me. 10+ days passed and they had no communication of any kind. I emailed them asking what was happening and if I was even going to recieve my item and had no response.

They then asked for my feedback, so here it is, a 1 star review for an online store with shoddy service and even shoddier communication. Don't bother shopping here.

The best shop in toun for warhammer fans!

So we were in aberdeen as a part of our Scottish road trip. we visited the local warhammer shop wich was amazing brilliant manager and biggest shop in the country, however I decided to save my birthday money for table top minis so after that we had planned to go to tabletop minis even though there was a yellow weather warning .we got soaked through to the bone on our walk there. The directions led us to the back door via the map after knocking on the door several times we were told that the entrance was in the shopping center by an onlooker after walking round for 10 minutes still getting drenched so we found the entrance to be greeted with a sign saying sorry we are closed at wich point we phoned the number attached ,no answer and checked to see weather it said it was openon Google maps and it still did 20 minutes after opening, so walked back through the rain with nothing but wet clothes and disappointment 😞

Ordered some dice, was refunded 3 days later with no explanation or communication, poor service

Update your stock, made an order and had it cancelled after paying.

Order processed successfully, but was subsequently cancelled and refunded 3 days later with no notification whatsoever: no email, no message on the account.
I had to check my bank balance, find out when I ordered the item and then come back to my account with the company to figure out what happened. Not great, guys.

Quick delivery and response.

Just a great shop in general, gets back to me when I ask questions on Facebook and is always friendly and reliable when I am in store

Date entered below isn't accurate as it was a while ago but never had a bad experience.

First off I purchased and paid for the item and was hit by an additional delivery cost AFTER having already processed the payment with Paypal, without even a chance to check it.

Item arrived not fully secured by much packaging filling.

Thankfully item was not damaged when opened.

Great place to hang out and have fun if you like Warhammer and other game systems such as MTG.

I can't recommend the store highly enough.

I travelled from Glasgow to attend an in-store Warhammer: Age of Sigmar tournament and can say it was well worth the trip. We were greeted with full sized tables, complete with beautiful custom terrain, that really enhanced the experience. The hospitality was great and Riyathe, the store owner, is clearly passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

The shop was very well stocked with everything needed for a variety of different hobbies. A real treasure trove.

If you are in the area, I'd definitely suggest popping in.

No order or despatch after eight days and no response to my enquiry. Completely understand if not in stock, just please say so, respond in general and refund please. First time purchasing from Tabletop.

Order not received two weeks after it was placed online. It is possible the product was out of stock, but the website indicated otherwise when I submitted the order. Mistakes can happen but I have tried contacting the store using the email provided three times and have had no response.
