I ordered table wear for a birthday gathering and it completely changed the look of the room. All my guests loved it. I did contact them after I placed my order online and they were happy to accept the amendments, they were very helpful in guiding me with getting the best measurements and got it out to me within 2 days!

Great quality of work! I ordered a printed tablecloth on the Thursday and it arrived the next day ready for my event. Thank you to the staff that went above and beyond.

Found it by the Site in Italian Version, they have various versions for each language, but all report to this company.

Order blocked for several days, block due to their confusion created in their order management, after reminders the order finally goes on and the tablecloth arrives at my house.

Truly Rough and not at all professional work.
Print glue everywhere, the print applied to the tablecloth and badly cropped, you can see the white edge of their cutouts, but the absurdly and strikingly wrong thing is the print, work for which you pay them!

Totally wrong print, instead of straight and sloping, downhill, printed like this, at random, as it was before without respecting the measures given and not caring if the writing was straight instead of crooked!
I can prove everything with photos, but unfortunately it is not possible to add any here.
They Wrong by 1cm!
The result is that I can't use the tablecloth, I can't use it like this, I can't make a bad impression with a tablecloth with the word Crooked!
Obviously I sent dozens of emails, to different addresses of the site, Italian version, English version, etc, and nobody, I say nobody deigned to answer, total silence and I have to keep this wrong thing!

it all cost me more than € 200, For a so Bad Job!

I highly recommend avoiding them, they are just there to print, without caring if the job is done well or badly and if it is done badly they do not care, they do not answer, they disappear and leave you with wrong printed tablecloth and you lose the Your Money!

I purchased a tablecloth 40cms wide and 66cms long for a round table.
When it arrived the width was 40cms but the length was 69cms.
I contacted Customer Services and a very rude lady said I could send it back at my expense? but she couldn’t guarantee the right length as it was stretchy material and it could be 1cm or 2cms out. I did say it was guaranteed the right size on the website. She said it was stated on their terms and conditions that items may be 3 or 4cms out, so they are not liable!
Also the pleats were slightly different sizes.
I am so grateful that I paid through PayPal who helped me get a refund.
It seems to me this Company is good as long as everything ok, but as soon as there is a problem, they don’t want to know and are very uncooperative with the buyer!
Very disappointed.

WARNING - Before you buy from Direct Linen, get a copy of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - because when things go wrong they are going to try and ignore you legal rights. Check the rest of the one and two star comments on here. Wish I'd looked here first - would have saved me a lot of heartache!!
We ordered a rectangular table protector. It turned up 1cm short, with very rounded corners and not cut square - so there was no way you could cover the whole table - and it was rucked up so wouldn't lay flat. They insisted it was impossible to do square bound corners - but we have three others that do have square bound corners. After some disagreement of our request to decline it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we sent more photos and we agreed they could do another one and we were told they don't need the old one back. They then asked for photos of our other protector's corners. They called back to say someone was practicing how to do it. A few days later the new one turned up. Better corners, not so rucked up - but even more not cut square - it was trapezoid rather than rectangular, and again impossible to cover the whole table. If you put any one side flush with that part of the table - on the other edges, one would be short at the other end and there was an overhang on the opposite side. So we requested declining it and asked for a refund under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This was when someone called Yaman joined the process - being very uncooperative, rude and ignoring our legal rights and questioning our evidence. He asked for more photos which I sent with detailed descriptions, and using a set square to show the problem - to which he replied "I'm not going to read all that - send the two back and we'll do a refund." Had a few argumentative emails and phone conversation with him being rude and totally intransigent. He insisted we pay for the return so I quoted the Act on returns of faulty goods being their responsibility. In the end we agreed to return the second one using a prepaid label they finally supplied, but felt the need to threaten small claims court action if the intransigence continued. Fortunately we never heard from Yaman again, and a lady with a much better attitude who sent the label, acknowledged the return and organised the refund of the goods AND P&P!! Won't be using them again. Went to another supplier in Manchester who did a perfect job in half the time and cheaper!!

I ordered two table protectors, one arrived. I was charged for two. The one that did arrive was badly cut as if it was done freehand without a straight edge and is barely useable. They addressed it to Donegal, i Live in Dublin. So everything that could go wrong with my order did and also i was charged £31 import duty.
They refuse to reply to my emails regarding a refund. So from my experience i would have to say buyer beware, be very aware!!!

Absolutely excellent and very fast service for a bespoke large cotton tablecloth of very good quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Order never arrived !!! refused to refund me !!! now all contact has stopped !!! avoid this place !!! So disgusted and furious with how I have been treated and discriminated against !!! I can see multiple times where other customers have been refunded yet they are refusing me a refund for I item I never got !!! They said they would send a “free” replacement however it would not be free as I have paid for it !!! I declined as it went so badly the first time and still don’t have the item as it was delivered to the incorrect address !!! The sender should of contacted the delivery company they used which they did not inform me which one they had used to tell me “why don’t you phone them” when it is not even my job to do so or have the information that the delivery company would need !!! they are still ignoring all emails I have sent over for the last week !!! They have been extremely abrupt with me and have even acted very discriminating and prejudiced against me !!! Will just have to see how they will answer to the trading standards team !!!

I ordered over the weekend and then decided that I should have ordered an extra table cloth. I emailed and on the Monday they replied and helpfully added to my order. They also talked me through the best sizes for my tables. I received the order on Thursday and the quality is amazing. There was a small defect in the material on one table cloth and they immediately offered to replace and post it out. Flawless customer services and high quality materials.

I wanted a specific size of tablecloth that I could not buy in the shops. I contacted Direct Linen Tablecloths and they made me one. It arrived quickly and was well packed. I would highly recommend this company if you need a bespoke tablecloth. I am very happy with my purchase.
