Do not use their delivery!

They said they would ship the order in 1-3 days, but now it is one week already and they still told me all they can do is reach out warehouse team. No alternative plan, can not cancel, can not transfer to click and collect. THAT IS STUPID!

Very disappointed with the online…

Very disappointed with the online service. Firstly, I never received any confirmation after I placed the order from T2. 6 days later I had to enquire to see where my order was, only to be informed that part of the order was not available (Gorgeous Geisha), and that I would receive a refund, and the other products would be shipped immediately. Now day 10 and the product has still not been shipped. So much for 1-3 business days for shipping. If I had not contacted them on chat, I would have still been waiting.

Secondly, the apparent “Out of stock” item is still on the website and can still be placed in the basket and checked out. They made no attempt to remove the item from the website even after 4 days.

I only got my first email confirmation invoice from T2 this morning at 4.22am (10 days later) and the item is still not shipped.

I have never had this trouble with any online purchase before. It is total disregard for the customer.

Even when complaining on the chatline, they just ended the chat abruptly. I was polite but firm that I wanted to know where my order was.

Total lack of professionalism from T2. People need to know that T2 does not seem to care about the customer, nor update the website when items are out of stock even after knowing they are out of stock. I can still order the same item online today.

Poor business standards.

T2 Don't Care about Customers or Stand By Their Products

As a fan of Melb Breakfast, Earl Grey & French Earl Grey, I dared to try Melb Grey Tbags.
Yuck! The smell was of burnt paper & the taste was undrinkable.
I emailed T2, seeking a replacement or refund.
Their response was shocking. "Sorry to hear .." "As per our FAQs we can only exchange or refund...if it is in resalable condition."
They even spelled my name incorrectly - so heartfelt!!
Where's the appreciation of long-standing customer loyalty? Where's the brand integrity?
Nonexistent. Don't buy from this corporation, they couldn't care less about their consumers.

Very impressed with customer service

I ordered a couple of teapots and cups from T2 and the order came within a week - I live in the UK so I'd say that's quite fast! One item was not the one I ordered, so I contacted customer service, who got back to me right away and shipped the right item. One week later, I have it all. I thought I'd give a review as there are so many bad ones..I for one am impressed

I placed an order on the 19th of June

I placed an order on the 19th of June. I finally received my order on 17th of July, 1 month later.
If it wasn’t for my following up about my order status there would have been absolutely no communication about the delay in shipping.
And then, when the order finally did arrive it had missing & incorrect items. It has now been another 2 weeks and I still am waiting on the rest of my order. 6 weeks to complete an online order is ridiculous.
If T2 has warehouse or shipping delays it should be made aware at the time of purchase and updates should be clearly communicated.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I placed an order 26 June, 2024 and on the website states 3-5 days delivery. I phoned them after 10 days asking why I haven't received my order as this was a gift hoping to receive it before the weekend. Excuse was due to the End of Financial Year sale being a popular one orders are taking longer. It's been 3 WEEKS now so I called again. This time they said it could take another 3 weeks. Why don't they employ more people. I also went to a physical shop and got told they decided to change warehouse in the middle of packing and shipping all of the EOFY orders. I have cancelled my order with a refund. I will never do an online order with T2 again NOT GOOD ENOUGH T2.

Have been waiting for my order for a month

Shocking order processing time, they found the excuse of the End of Financial Year sale being a popular one and order processing time being longer than usual. 3 weeks though?
When I went to the physical shop to find out were my order was I got told they decided to change warehouse in the middle of packing and shipping all of the EOFY orders. SHOCKING costumer service after emailing them twice all they did was refund me.

25 days still no order update I want my tea!

My order sitting in new with no new update on my order.
Today is the 11th business day since the apology email for orders being late, stating it would is expected to be processed in an additional 3-5 business days from the date the email arrived (which was 6 business days after the order was placed) due to delays from the sale.
Today is the 17th business day and 25th calendar day since the order was placed and paid. I only ordered online because I live 2-3 hours away from my closest store.

They take your money then never send the tea

Ordered tea from their online store, the website said that some was available at my closest store, some wasn't, so I made two orders. Received an email saying actually they have none of the tea I ordered from their store, and they will send it to me instead. 12 days has passed and I have heard nothing from the company, and my order status says "new". Website advertises 1-3 day dispatch, which is a lie. Very poor customer service, and 12 days to process a simple order is unacceptable.

They seem to drop ship

They seem to drop ship. Their website claims shipping between 2 to 3 Business days from order. I emailed them today is Day 3 business not including the Sunday ordered. Now they say their sale is SO popular it will be 5-7 days from today (in other words) 8-10 days but they STILL keep advertising sales to sell more but cannot keep up. Weakly offered to cancel and refund but I said I want MY tea.

Went to return a xmas gift

Went to return a xmas gift - a defective mug/strainer/lid.
Used 4 times. The 4th time leaked out of the bottom (inside crack inside in front of handle after 2nd use).
Wad asked for proof of purchase, gave email and phone number to no avail. It is policy that I can buy another at half price. "The best they can do according to policy". No thanks!

Don't buy defective merchandise and do improve staff agency to make right with customers.

Was a long time fan and consumer of T2, not now!

Hot Date Chai tea by T2- Same packaging but much less flavour

I purchased around 15 packs of Hot Date Chai by T2, have been drinking this tea passionately for a few years now. The newest batch is different. The cardboard packaging is the same but the content is not exactly and the plastic bag the actual tea is in is also different. It's probably noticeable for someone who knows the taste of this particular tea by heart. There is a slight difference in colour, seems the same selection of ingredients, but the flavour is not there anymore. Weaker, kind of diluted... Please could we have the exact same tea back on the market? This one is quite a dissapointment. Have they changed the factory or ingredients provider?

All items in 80% sale and well advised about the long lead in on delivery
Shelf life is from apr 23-nov 26, all loose leaf tea has a year or more, bags are months.
Very happy and hope the item missing will be received or refunded in due course

Absolute joke been over a month and no order

Absolute joke, Have now missed 3 birthdays and valentines day. I spent a lot of money shopping with T2 for the first time on the 27th of jan, its been 28 days and I still dont have my order, nor do I have a reply to the 4 emails I sent to customer service once a week enquiring about the update. Nothing to say it would take over a month to receive items when I was at checkout otherwise I wouldnt have bought.

beautiful teapots sets, the reviews here don’t do the store justice.

being honest after reading the reviews here i expected my order to be broken, but i received it today and i have to say everything is beautiful and really nice quality, not even a chip in sight. i’m obsessed with how beautiful they are. i got quite a few things in the sale that otherwise would have been too expensive for me i’m not going to lie, and i don’t regret it at all. the quality is great and i can’t wait to use them and try out the teas i got. everything came in it’s own box or wrapped up in lots of tissue paper and paper bubble wrap. i would buy from this store again. thank you very much for the beautiful teapot sets and good service. my sisters and mum even bought some things too and we all love them. we will take care of them, thank you!

Agree with all bad reviews - received damaged cup - logged two customer cases and no response (10 days now) - customer phone number no response - impossible to get hold of customer services unfortunately paid by debit card so cannot claim there - will never use them again.
