The tea is decent, but the customer service support is awful and so is the new website. They didn't let me redeem my gift card, forced me to pay out of the pocket, then lied to me about a discount and... See more

If you like your tea try T2!

What a nice change to have a bespoke tea retailer on our high street (well, some anyway)! Not a coffee drinker, so tea is really my thing. Fabulous displays, great staff and a huge choice of loose leaf (my preference) tea to select from. Could happily spend a day in there if my wife allowed! And the best bit?...........the teas are class! On line purchasing a pleasure too.

cheap and nasty tasting!

Tea has artificial flavourings in it and leaves a horrible aftertaste.
Very expensive. Premium branded product with rubbish, cheap packaging and poor taste.
Don't waste your money!

Staff need training!

Visited Kingston branch UK, extremely Rude staff, even when enquiring about the products were offered no help, asked what flavor the teas were that were being given out for free, told abruptly "It's on the packet!"
Asked if should pour myself, or do staff do, was told to do myself, as I did the lid kept coming loose, the member of staff snatched the jug out my hand, poured it aggressively, slammed the paper cup down then turned her back to me!
Absolutely disgusted, I had planned to purchase a £40 teapot as a treat to myself for mother's Day, my daughter and I were so upset at how we had been treated, we walked out.
If management are reading this, I'd suggest you speak to the staff that were working on Sunday the 11th of March, they clearly need some customer service training!

Non-delivery of order

Order number. EU_00099678
Order date. 31.12.2017

I ordered T2 products online, I received an order confirmation but no delivery confirmation and have not received the order either. (They have taken the money from my account)
I have contacted them several times on different email addresses, the first time on the 8th and they still have not gotten back to me.

One of the emails sent an automated reply with a phone number that doesn’t exist/work.

Oh dear.

Oh dear.

Another major corporation ( Unliver we think ) that owns a fine company with great products & original branding etc etc but pays scant attention to customer service.

All we did was ask for an extra service , over & above the normal Web rules for wrapping gifts , through the correct head Office channels. No problem.

Then the real problem - we gave honest feedback on the wrapping Service & were consequently advised today that this effort was not appreciated by the system as it has been ‘moderated’ & therefore will not be in the public domain perhaps.

Enjoy.

They sell good tea

I went to a T2 store in London to discover the brand and they did tea testing so I could try some of their tea which were very good. I didn't buy any of it but I'll surely come back to have free tea.

Took the money, haven't delivered

A relative ordered a product from T2tea on-line as a present for my girlfriend and me. It was apparently distributed from the UK by a company called Great Bear using the parcel carrier DPD but never arrived. DPD claim that T2tea didn't fill in the customs forms properly but would deliver it if I agreed to take on additional charges. Great Bear could only be contact by email... which they didn't respond to. T2tea finally responded to a Facebook message with a cheery suggestion that I email an account that I'd already tried contact with no response. So, no communication, no delivery, no interest in serving their customers, no integrity and no accountability. Just a bloody useless organisation wasting everybodies time with their excrable and embarassing service.

As a hilarious follow-up, after becoming the first person to rate and review the company I ticked the box to let the company know about my review. I checked back the next morning and found the average rating had risen from the one-star I had given to 6.1, which strongly suggests that T2tea gave itself a five-star rating. Hilarious. I did mention the lack of integrity, didn't I?
