The product is decent, the experience isn't
The tea is decent, but the customer service support is awful and so is the new website. They didn't let me redeem my gift card, forced me to pay out of the pocket, then lied to me about a discount and were passive aggressive during that entire encounter, refusing to escalate.
Love the Black Rose
I love their teas and tea cup sets. The teas are always fresh and flavourful. I haven't tried anything I didn't like.
French Earl Grey blend has changed (and not in a good way!)
I’ve been a loyal fan for years. When the UK shops closed I moved to importing all my Tea for the year from Australia.
The 2025 batches of French Earl Grey are a huge disappointment. The beautiful floral notes are almost gone, it’s far less fragrant, and the brew is much more bitter than it used to be. Even looking at the tea bags, there are noticeably fewer colorful petals.
I would tell all my friends about this tea, but it's just not as nice anymore. It's the start of 2026 and I'm wondering if T2 will be bringing back the old blend or will I have to find another brand.
Broken teapot, no response
The tea pot arrived broken. The spout was broken and de attached from the pot.
I sent 2 emails to sales and customer support- both emails are blocked !
This is very disappointing.
Never again to purchase from T2
Missing Christmas packaging.
Love T2 products but would not order online again I will go to the shop instead. The order came to the house in a box with T2 all over it, not discreet at Christmas time. The products inside were missing the Christmas packaging and as gifts I emailed off with my order number to complain and was asked for my address again which they already had and I was asked for photos. I was not happy with the response and I will just go to the shop in future.
The range packaging seems to be a bit shambolic
The range seems to be a bit shambolic. The teas I've had are great but some have tins, some come in cubes and some in boxes. Why don't they have a tin for every tea type which makes it so much easier and clearer to store. Was trying to order a Xmas gift and gave up.
The $50.00 tea mug came unboxed
The $50.00 tea mug came unboxed , I think this is a pretty poor effort on behalf of this company , for that price I would expect it to be boxed.
Check Before Leaving The Store !
Customer service in store is excellent!
In general product range and quality is good.
I would recommend if buying the box collections like the World of Breakfast Teas that you have the staff check each tin before purchasing. I went to open The Singapore Breakfast and found that it was already open and the packaging was different to the other teas in the box. I returned to the store of purchase and they checked all the other boxes and they were the same.
I was offered a refund on the whole box which I felt would be dishonest because I have used the other teas and they weren’t faulty. To replace the Singapore Breakfast I was told that I had to pay for its replacement because I didn’t accept the refund on the whole box.
What an excellent way for a company to make money.
Just got home and checked my click and collect that I was picking up at the same time and have been given the wrong product. Not winning today.
Had an excellent customer experience…
Had an excellent customer experience with T2. They refunded a teapot that had cracked without any issues and provided a discount for my next purchase. So easy and professional.
What an uplifting visit to T2 Erina!
What an uplifting visit to T2 Erina!
As I entered the store, I was welcomed warmly by Larissa.
Unfortunately, the popular teaware product I needed was out of stock. Undaunted, Larissa hit her keyboard to locate stock- with success!
Kudos and sincere thanks Larissa.
Excellent customer service.
Very impressed and highly recommend T2
Goodbye…
Sadly after years of being a loyal customer it’s time to say goodbye. The quality has dropped significantly over the past year or so. The final straw was 3 teabags in a row that ‘broke apart’ in water. Out of my last 20 teas 7 tea bags had to be discarded. With so many better and more flavoursome brands out there it’s time to move on. T2 are now on a level with basic supermarket brands like Liptons. Nothing special.
Humungous Carboard box for one tea bottle
I ordered one tea bottle cup online and it arrived in a huge cardboard box with a toon of brown paper. I was really shocked. I find for a B-Corp supposedly sustainable company this is unbelievable and asked to send it back on principal for a refund, they said I'd have to pay to return it and have said this is a "change of mind" so I am not eligible for a refund. Is this just because it's New Zealand and they are mean as I am sure in Melbourne this would not happen.
So glad T2 tea now has world wide…
So glad T2 tea now has world wide shipping! Long overdue :) Solid packing!
Shipping prices were reasonable and delivery was fast!
Amazing customer service.
My tea strainer broke recently for a mug I love from T2. I bought it over a year ago but contacted them and asked them if there was anything they could do.
The looked for one that would fit the mug but couldn't so sent me a different mug with similar strainer . Amazing customer service . So I now have my Sydney mug and a new Melbourne mug to use ! Australia to Scotland !
Thank you t2 tea. Amazing 😍😍

Very Happy
Easy purchase and fast delivery time.
Fragile Morrocan tea cup and saucer gift set packed with care. Extremely happy.
Packaged like garbage
I ordered 5 (five) Tea-cup sets on T2Tea ship for hundreds of dollars!
They sent it like garbage! just wrapped in brown paper. No boxes!
I am utterly disappointed with T2Tea and their shocking disregard for customer experience. I spent significant money on five sets of teawares, and this is what I got: poorly wrapped items in flimsy paper, thrown together like an afterthought. Not a single piece was packed in an individual box. I’ve seen $5 teddy bears come with proper cardboard packaging, yet a premium tea brand can’t provide the basic decency of individual boxes?
When I reached out for clarification, I was met with the laughable excuse: "To avoid excess wastage, we no longer pack them in boxes." Seriously? You charge premium prices for your products but can't afford minimal protective packaging?
For a brand that markets itself as high-end, this was a disgraceful experience. If this is their idea of sustainability, it's a thinly veiled excuse for cutting corners at the expense of loyal customers. This experience has left a sour taste!

Unhappy customer
Ordered two items that were on sale and waited weeks only to be informed that they were out of stock after I chased up on the order. The items were actually IN stock but at full price..So question is - why have the sale in the first place???!!! It feels extremely manipulative and misleading! An absolute scam. Have bought from them a few times in the past but after this tawdry treatment, I will never purchase from them again! I’d give them zero stars if I could!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

WOW Exceeded all Expectations
I placed an order on Sunday afternoon. Website is brilliant, the whole experience is fantastic.
My order arrived before noon today, Monday.
Exceeded my expectations. Which is hard to do.
Well done to all involved.
Will be back

Old Times Sake
The options that are seen are great but the fact that you can't have samples in store anymore for certain teas makes it less appealing.

Completely wrong items sent
Ordered the big New York tea got a small English Breakfast tea box instead. of course it was 5.01pm so nobody there to take a call. Why do organisations not get WA to handle their calls for another few hours. Don't know how you f an order up that badly.
