Eventually replaced but bad customer communication
The unit was faulty out of the box and when I contacted them about a replacement. I have been forced by them to jump through hoops by having to send multiple photos and videos of it not working. Only to be told to destroy the tracer and send pictures as proof so I could not resale it and they said we will issue a replacement.. And not to send it back for repairs or replacement because shipping fees cost there company too much.. And a week later I have had zero response to my multiple emails asking for a reply about the replacement.
T238 replied today 10/03/24. Said it will be reissued tomorrow.

Great
Great tracers, I purchased two tracers with RGB lighting and one mosfet.
Great price compared to acetech bifrost and they have discount codes, but the bifrost is slimmer and nicer looking also the t238 tracer is brighter and the light reflecting behind the projectile stretches a lot further, just like a laser beam from sci fi movies, pick any colour you like or make a rainbow laser beam, easy to turn off compared too bifrost, I have to unscrew things to turn off the bifrost.
Only thing I hate about the tracer is usb micro and it is wider than acetech bifrost.
Thinking of making another order for the brushless motor and etc.
