The installer was great and did an excellent job. If this is what you call high speed internet then a telegraph line would be an improvement. Tarzan got better downloads using drums. A Video looks like a slide show if we are lucky.

I don’t understand why I have to pay someone to come out and look at my equipment for $150. I pay a monthly fee for you that and it should include any service fees to the equipment that you own. In addition, I had to cancel this because I don’t have anyone that lives in that area yet.

Discontinued having internet through them they didn’t say what all equipment was needed sent back to them and they touched disability money in a bank account which they wasn’t supposed to due to no longer having service with them they ain’t nothing but scum bags after money and they don’t have good service their service is shitty as they are

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The absolute worst internet service I ever used. We're in a rural area and thought this was our only choice. It started out pretty reasonable, but then it shot up to $150 a month for terrible internet and customer service. Nothing would load, if you had more than two devices it would slow down to a crawl, and we had the fusion! We switched to Starlink and couldn't be happier! It's way less expensive, and works GREAT!

This ISP is now undertaking an approach whereby disabled Internet service caused by “their” damaged equipment is forcing subscribers to buy their service Technician insurance in order to have it repaired. This is a total money grab. I will be changing my service to Starlink.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. Im downloading >1kbps and am in heaven with 20mbs one time it happend. I am spreading the word to everyone i know and ending service after my 2 years is up of this robbery.

The worst customer service!! Its been 11 days since I placed an order, it keeps saying "Delayed activation". No one know Why and how long more it will take. Its impossible to get thru anyone to find out!!

Only gave 1 star as can't give no stars Worst company I ever dealt with, Requested a line shift, 1st was sent an engineer from Openreach to mend a fault, who said a line shift had to be requested by phone provider and they has said there was a fault. Now say they can't shift the line even though openreach advise you must book an appt through your phone provider. Staff have no idea what they are doing, keep asking will get back to us in 72 hours still waiting. Don't ever use Now cheap but completely useless and a waste of money.

Trying to check when my broadband is due for renewal but only way is to call a number my problem is I no longer have vocal chords also whilst searching the site it says they guarantee 60 mbps with maximum of 73 , I find that a lot of the time it runs well under 60
