I bought 4 x 30ml concentrate of 3 different flavours and all of them tasted horrible. I think they just used food flavouring concentrate as e-juice. I threw all of them in the bin. I won't be buying T-Juice again, I did use to like Red Astaire from T-Juice but i'm keeping away from this brand from now on.

I am sorry to hear that our liquid wasn't to your liking and I am surprised that this is across 3 different flavours some of which are among our best sellers.
We have had no other reports similar to this and I can confirm that we dont use food flavouring as our e-liquid.

great product and great price only fault which wasnt with t juice was the delivery as was left outside and the only way we knew was through e mail which we dont always check and could have been there for a while or even taken .

Worst customer service I have…
Worst customer service I have experienced. Last 2 orders I placed were not shipped. After waiting, I finally made contact to be told the items I ordered were out of stock. The online shop stated they were ex stock.
No proactive contact to me to update me. I only found out when I contacted them.
I assume had I not made contact, they would just keep my £60.
I suggest you beware ordering from here. You might be better simply placing your hard earned cash in the bin.
Avoid if I were you.
