I’ve had a very frustrating experience…
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Systeme.io that has significantly impacted my business launch.
Since late January, I’ve been dealing with a technical issue where key “Accept Offer” buttons on an upsell page (built using their own templates) do not display correctly when the page first loads. This makes the funnel unreliable for real users and effectively prevented us from launching.
What has been most disappointing is not just the bug itself, but how it has been handled:
The issue took weeks to be acknowledged and properly understood
We were repeatedly told it was being “investigated” with no clear timeline
The root cause was unclear for a long time, and explanations kept changing (including suggesting it may be a PayPal or device issue)
A fix was promised by a specific date but was not delivered
Despite providing detailed videos, test pages, and all requested information, progress has been extremely slow.
As part of our launch, we had already committed £500 in advertising spend and expected to generate sales from this funnel. Because the issue remained unresolved, we were unable to proceed as planned.
Systeme.io eventually acknowledged the behaviour and scheduled a fix, but the process to get to that point was far too long for a platform that businesses rely on for revenue-critical funnels.
To their credit, they have offered three months of subscription credit as a goodwill gesture, but this does not reflect the scale of disruption caused.
At the moment, the issue is still not fully resolved.
I wanted to share this experience so others are aware that while the platform has potential, critical issues can take a long time to resolve and may directly impact your ability to launch and generate revenue.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in both technical response times and customer support handling.

Business Blocked Without Notice – No Resolution After Many Days
I have been using Systeme.io for my business, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
My account was blocked without any prior notice, leaving my website completely inaccessible and my business fully disrupted. However, the process to restore it has taken many days of back-and-forth communication and document submissions, while I continue receiving only generic responses with no real progress.
My account has now been under review for many days, with no clear timeline or resolution, while my business remains completely blocked.
During this time, I have fully cooperated, provided all requested information, and followed all instructions from support.
This situation is causing direct financial losses and is also negatively affecting the performance and value of my advertising accounts, which is extremely concerning.
I believe that before completely blocking a business and causing financial and advertising damage, the required documentation should be requested in advance, rather than applying a full restriction without giving any opportunity to respond.
For a platform that businesses rely on, this level of support, lack of urgency, and risk management approach is unacceptable.
I hope this review helps bring attention to my case and leads to a proper resolution.
