Complete garbage company! Their UltraDMG software didn't work, period! Throws errors and they won't provide any support, just take your money and call it a day. I will be looking at perusing legal again against them!

I bought a license for wonderiso.
License key did not work!
Asked for a refund 3 times and they tried to send a new license which did not work!!!
And then no reply from them!!
Total scam and I would absolutely not recommend this cheating scam filth of a company!!!

I would NOT purchase software from this company.

Their refund / returns policy stated they would offer a full refund if contacted in 14 days. When the software I purchased did NOT work after wasting several hours trying to solve the problems, I contact them.

A fews days later, I was offered a different software package. By that time I had solved my problem using another supplier's software.

I requested a refund WHICH WAS NOT PAID. I then contacted PayPal who ruled IN FAVOR of the supplier.

So end of day - software that does not work as claimed and no refund.

Steer clear

Warning : If I could go back in time, I would Avoid "NTSF SysGeeker" ... I bought it, I am computer litterate, it did not work and I never could obtain a refund. One month trial is a joke and a scam.

Scammer! Trial fools you into thinking paying for it works don't do it. My email to them was sent back to me ha!

I bought one of the product at sysgeeker (WonderISO) but I couldn't make USB bootable so I went online and found out I can do this natively on Mac with terminal.

So I immediately ask for refund and they didn't answer. After several emails they ask what is wrong and when I told theme that I didn't use the program and that I am eligible for refund they started ignoring all emails from me.

I had downloaded many free (and some not) from multiple sources and none seemed to work for my ISO needs.
So glad I found these guys and Wonder ISO, great product and more than worth the low one-time price!

I tried to ask for a refund straight away, nothing, they didn't give it to me! I tried via PayPal for the order: "MyCommerce: 940954435" and they didn't give it to me either. Out of anger I wrote something bad and I apologise so much.

I never saw the refund, after I explained that the software was not for me, it was not what I needed

BE AWAY, no refund

I purchased UltraDMG to create a bootable USB stick on a Windows PC to install MacOS Sierra on a couple of older MacBooks I wanted to repurpose. I originally used a DMG file I downloaded from Apple but the install was unsuccessful. I reached out to support and they responded promptly with a download link to a Sierra DMG installer file which the had tested. I re-ran the process and everything worked fine.

FINALLY GOT A REFUND AFTER LOTS AND LOTS OF PUSHING

*Software didn't work*

I downloaded WonderISO to create a Windows 10 bootable USB stick on my Mac. Bootable disk didn't work.

*Requested refund*

Since the software did not meet my requirements, I requested a refund as per the 30 day guarantee.

*No response*

I did not receive a response. Sent 3 follow-up emails, but no response.

* Refund promised but not processed*

After threatening to request a chargeback with my card issuers, I received a response saying "Ok I will issue a refund soon" after I threatened with a chargeback.

* Refund not processed until I left a bad review*

Given this was not clear and I was concerned they might be fobbing me off without any intention of paying a refund, I asked for confirmation of a date by which the refund would get instructed and how long it would take to get returned to my account.

I said raise a chargeback and leave a trustpilot review if I did not receive a response within a 24 hours.

I did not receive a response to my message, so requested a chargeback and left a negative review on Trustpilot.

* Refund finally processed*

Shortly after processing the review, I got an email asking why I left a negative review and stating that the refund had been processed and I'd receive it in a few days.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- I would not purchase software from this company with the expectation that the 30 day guarantee would be honoured. If the software does not work for you, be prepared to fight hard with the company to get it back.

They advertise a simple method to transfer text messages from Android phone to desk top. Click download and I started to realize the megabytes of stuff they're downloading to my computer. I'm gonna have to delete a bunch of stuff and find a restore point to clean all this stuff out.

I downloaded WonderISO instead of Rufus because I had no Windows machine near by and I am absolutely disappointed by this piece of software. Half of the text was not readable until I switched to light theme on my device. Overall UI looks stupid and sometimes unresponsive. UX is even worse. You can't even burn an ISO to USB right after installing this app... Pure scam.

This is a scam product and website. It stated you could get a free trial version - but I couldn't find it on the web site. Then I noticed it says a guaranteed 30 day money back refund. So I purchased a version and it didn't work so I asked for refund - many times - no response at all. Then I tried PayPal and they refused to refund the money. Don't deal with these people.

the refund process is horrendous. they stated that you have to ask for tech support before they refund you, and I was definitely open to that. so I wrote email after email asking for tech support, but they kept responding with the same step on their protocol. the same FIRST step. and they never responded after that. i asked for a refund since then, but they did not respond, even stating they were on holiday. it's pretty bad, definitely do not recommend, and they definitely are NOT about customer satisfaction.

Ntfs for Mac worked well so I was happy BUT I downloaded WonderISO first which didnt and they ignored my request for refund, then offered me only 40% refund after another email. Seems eerily similar to the responses given by scammers on ebay selling counterfeit products and now Im concerned my computer has been hacked

I purchased Sysgeeker's WonderISO and couldn't get it to work. Requested a refund within 24 hours. On their website they claim "We guarantee that you can get your money back for the first 30 days If product doesn't work."

The response I got from Sysgeeker support was

"Hello, I'm sorry, this violate our refund policy."
My advice - don't do business with this company.

I was looking for a software to use on Mac iOS in order to create a bootable usb to install Windows on my new PC, and I came across SysGeeker.
At first I accidentally purchased a subscription to a program that I didn’t need (UltraDMG instead of WonderISO) so I contacted support to request a refund so I could repurchase the correct program, and they responded really promptly to help me out!
Thankfully I was then able to install and use WonderISO to quickly and easily create a Windows bootable usb that worked exactly how I needed it to.

Good Password recovery software. I will give this software 9 out of 10.

Overall, My experince with Sysgeeker software has been excellent . 100% recommended by me.
