From start to finish Synked up and their team has been hands down the best company to work with! They stand behind the system/software and walk you through the on-boarding system and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
My favorite thing about Synked up is they actually care about you and what they are selling you! They take the time to get to know you and your business and they are hands on throughout the whole process.
Their customer services is amazing and you can get real answers from their team; they offer email, online chat and webinars to help you throughout the process.
If anyone is on the fence about changing companies and systems then I would highly recommend switching to Synkedup!

If you care about running a successful business, purchasing SynkedUP should be a no-brainer. Do yourself a favor and just get it, the cost of the program is beyond justified. Despite them being a newer company, I did not hesitate to purchase this amazing program to help me run my business. The program is top notch, the customer service is excellent, any bugs or issues (maybe experienced one once) gets resolved immediately, if this is your concern. Anyways, this is an all in one program and makes it simple to streamline your business. SynkedUP will teach you how to correctly job cost projects while recovering overhead, making me stick to what each project costs, the price is what it is, NUMBERS DONT LIE. Also the program allows creation of easy estimates, billing, customer lists, servicing/maintenance billing, inventory, scheduling jobs to your foreman , you can keep track of materials used on the job site, allows employee to clock in and many more features. Once again, if you are serious about running a successful organized business, look no further, SynkedUP is the program for you.

SynkedUP has done so much for my business that we would not be who we are without it. Scheduling is a breeze, project tracking is intuitive on both the front and back end, and routine maintenance is clean and easy. One of my favorite parts of SynkedUP has to be the ease of building out estimates; templates, work areas, interactive customer interface, and many other features make this program indispensable!
I started as a one-man operation and it was perfect for me. Yet, as I have hired more team members they have learned it easily and appreciate the way it offers the agility of a simple app while still delivering the features of a large robust program.
Switching programs is laborious and expensive, but staying with an out-dated, inefficient program is even more work and more expensive than switching. Check it out, you won't be disappointed, in fact, you'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner.
