I’ve been waiting three months for my hoodie, and I still don’t know when it’s going to ship. They keep giving me a shipping date, but when that day arrives, they change it again. And the worst part is that they keep posting on Instagram saying they’re shipping all orders, even though they still haven’t shipped mine.
Terrible service! I’ve contacted them multiple times since I ordered sweatpants for my son for almost $100 2 months ago. They charged my credit charge in August but have still not even shipped them. I tried reaching them by email and instagram. They told me and my son they were shipping out at the end of the week multiple times. This started 6weeks ago. They have stopped responding at all now. I even reported them to the SHOP app and they told me to contact SYNICAL. This company is a thief and needs to send my money back! I’m reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card. My son never received his September birthday gift!
Shipping can take a while with customs delays from the big tangerine but I’ve never had a real negative experience, Dan has always done me right since 2021 <3 wonderful company ran by wonderful people
Absolutely awful customer service. I placed an order for a pair of shorts and sweat pants. I received a green zipper hoodie instead. I emailed customer service and they asked me for my order number address and other info. I sent them all the information and provided images of the item I received. Then they did not reply for about SIX WEEKS. I emailed again asking if they were able to find the order and why they were taking so long. They replied and said that they were unable to find my order and asked for more information. They said that I never placed any orders with company. Even though I had provided images of the merchandise and the credit card receipt from the bank. They accused me of lying and refused to help me. My card was charged the price of two pairs of pants ($114) and I received a jacket worth $70. Absolutely outrageous.
I would give negative stars if I could. This company sucks so much NEVER buy from them. They simply never shipped out my package, and lied more than a dozen times of when my package would ship out. They kept me anticipating my package for OVER 4 MONTHS when my package was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. They tried to cover up their lies by saying my package was pre order when they had literally sent me evidence of my order being under pre made stock. They are an extremely untrustworthy and dishonest company, don't trust what you see on social media because as soon as they take your money the customer service is horrible. Still waiting on my refund too.

Ordered a Jersey and a hat both arrived in about 2 weeks from the USA to the Netherlands. I love the quality and fit of the Jersey and love the design of the hat my only comment is that the brim of the hat is a bit shorter than other hats from other brands. All in all I love the designs from synical and will be definitely be ordering again
