Bought 2 speakers and one of them is not working properly. I’ve contacted support but getting any response is like pulling teeth. It’s been 2 weeks since I reported the issue and it is no closer to getting resolved. If 50% of their products are faulty and support is not responsive then I doubt this company will make it.
The company is too new to be trusted. I tried buying a set of four speakers to The Netherlands and for whatever reason it's not accepting the order. The Netherlands is an option in shipping process, but when continuing it's giving an error. Probably only sending these products within the US or something, no explanation whatsoever. I wouldn't trust a company that fails in its buying process for such expensive and premium product.
