Misleading and unresponsive
I purchased a move in cleaning which they told me would be necessary, which was 5 hours, but I realized day of that would not be necessary for a brand new and empty one bedroom apartment. I called and they didn't pick up, and left a message that was never returned. I was charged $187 for not much work, so I contacted them over click to chat and was told I would receive some sort of refund, which I never heard about.

Simple online booking, excellent cleaners
Online booking process was a breeze and any questions I had before the cleaners came were promptly answered via email. Cleaners arrived within the stated time and did an excellent job. Very careful with breakables and extremely thorough, pleasant and polite! This was a one-time deep clean but we will use them again for ongoing services.

Late. Poor Customer Service.
Never even had a cleaning. Cleaner was running an hour late. I cancelled. Barely an apology. No one offered to fix the situation.
