Excellent service from the synergy team and in particular to Lewis. Despite getting delayed on another job, the team kept me updated. Lewis diagnosed the fault and quickly replaced the unit, making sure everything was working before leaving. Should be mentioned that Lewis is a thoroughly nice chap too, pleasure to work with!

The engineer Lewis was great very impressed by the way he installed my EC and very self conscious of wearing boots in the house.

Very tidy and imformative

Lewis completed my charge installation. He was really tidy in his work and explained the work he had done and how to use the app and charge point with lots of tips.

Lewis from Synergy EV installed our Ohme ePod. He was polite, helpful and did a great job. The installation is neat and tidy, he clearly explained how to use the system to charge my car. He kept me informed before and during the installation via phone and text. Highly recommend this company and Lewis their engineer.

The engineer assigned to carry out our works, Lewis Brand, was professional from the word go. He notified me that he was going to be 10 minutes late and when he arrived he was polite and helpful. He suggested where the charging point should be positioned and carried out the work with diligence. He was very thorough and talked me through what he was doing, keeping me informed and updated throughout the installation. Lewis was very tidy and cleaned up after he had finished. He then showed me everything I needed to know about the charging point and asked if I had any questions. Thank you Lewis for carrying out the installation, would thoroughly recommend you to anyone who needs this kind of job done!

Just had Lewis and Danny install the Ohme ePod in my ground floor flat. They came up with a clever way to run the cables via the basement, were quick and friendly, and left everything spotless. Also kindly took their time to help me figure out the apps/tariffs. All around a great service, would 100% recommend!

All work carried out professionally, and kept me informed about what he was going to do.

Robert is by far one of the best engineers we’ve ever had. Unlike others who often leave behind a mess, Robert was punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home—he even took off his shoes before starting work.

He clearly explained the process and the support he would need, then carried out the installation with precision and care. The job was completed neatly, and Robert took the time to walk us through every feature and function of the device.
