Sync 3D is a London 3D printing service run by two mechanical engineers. Upload an STL, 3MF or STEP file at sync-3d.co.uk and see the exact price in about 30 seconds. Parts start from £3.50, PETG is priced at £0.18 per gram, there is no minimum order and no VAT is added. Every file is checked by an engineer before it prints. We look at wall thickness, orientation, tolerances and fit, and we tell you if something will not work as drawn rather than printing it anyway. Parts are printed in PETG, a tough material suited to functional parts: brackets, clips, adapters, replacement parts for appliances and furniture, prototypes and small batches. Batch runs of 10 or more parts are discounted, and business customers can be invoiced against a purchase order. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent Royal Mail Tracked to any UK address for £5.45, free on orders over £40. Nothing is charged until your part has been printed and checked. If a part arrives damaged or not as ordered, we reprint it at no charge. We are a small workshop, so you deal with the engineer who printed your part. Questions about files, materials or whether a design will print are welcome by email before you order.

Really happy with my order. I needed a cover printed for a control panel in my motorhome that had bright LEDs at night.
I made a mistake initially with the dimensions. Tony was really helpful in sorting it and worked out the correct dimensions for me.
Works a treat.
Will use again next time I need something printed.
The 3 D printouts exceeded my expectation! Was looking to use to test out shapes for skirting boards - the material, quality and finish looked excellent, and the product was within me in a couple of days, communication excellent and ordering really simple! (I used ChatGPT to help me out there) fantastic service thanks!!
Brilliant service, would 100% use again
Really impressed with this company. The parts were excellent quality, and the customer service was top notch from start to finish. They genuinely went out of their way to help and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. It's rare to find a business that cares this much about getting it right for the customer. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
Great service, very prompt production after I sent through my order. Clear photos prior to payment. Delivery was also quick. Good quality. Would thoroughly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant service from Sync 3D. I ordered two custom logo prints late in the evening and within only a couple of hours they had already contacted me with photos of the finished prints.
There was a small issue with the file I had uploaded, which was my mistake, but they corrected it for me at no extra charge and kept me updated throughout the process.
Everything was completed and dispatched incredibly quickly, and I received the order less than two days after first placing it. They even included an additional logo free of charge, which was a really nice surprise.
The quality of the prints is excellent and the price was very reasonable, especially compared with some other companies I had looked at. The communication, turnaround time and customer service were all first class.
I’m extremely happy with the finished logos and wouldn’t hesitate to use Sync 3D again. A small company providing the kind of service that deserves to do very well. Highly recommended.
Amazing service, really goes the extra mile. Good value, can't fault this company. I will be using them for a long time to come.
Great experience from Tony who was able to get the delivery to me same day.
I had a great experience getting a part 3D printed with sync 3D. They answered all of my queries, sent me pictures of the part in real time and were very accommodating with all of my needs. They even kindly printed me a second part generously for no extra cost! I will definitely be using them again to get further 3D prints done, an absolute gem for those of us in London who don’t have 3D printers!
All communication was quick and clear. Parts made were perfect and have allowed me to repair a 16mm film projector.
