Excellent service! I can recommend it to everyone who struggles with navigating medical care

I recently contacted Symptomato with a question about my vision. I had noticed a symptom that worried me a bit, and it was difficult to understand on my own how serious it might be.

The doctor explained everything very clearly: what the possible causes could be, which symptoms are actually concerning and which are not, and what the best next steps might be. They also advised whether I should see an ophthalmologist and what kind of examinations might be helpful.

I live in Spain, and it's a tricky task to have a thoughtful answer from a doctor, so I've decided to use the service. I've paid for a quick answer to get it within the day. In the answer, the doctor wrote that she had not received my test results and simply speculated about my symptoms, even though I had sent all the information and could have provided additional details about my medical history. It was not clear to me how to send additional information and whether I could do so. Then I read the reviews and realized that I could send additional information in response to the letter. I sent the test results again, and they replied that they could now see the results and would send a response soon. Today is October 16, and I have been waiting for a response since October 8. In the end, I did not understand how this approach is better than a regular online consultation on any service where a doctor answers questions online. I wanted to get a qualified opinion, but in the end, the information I sent was not even accepted. I did not receive an answer to my question, only thoughts on what the reasons might be, and a recommendation to see a doctor.

Interesting experience. The answer to my question was obvious and simple… but ok, made by the specialists.

I now live in another country and it is very difficult to receive qualified medical care.

I had a fantastic experience with symptomato. I sent a request and got a super detailed answer that provided full info on the symptoms I have referenced and a roadmap for further actions.

The Symptomato service has certainly been helpful to me. Having doubts about the diagnosis, I got a detailed view of possible corrections of both the diagnosis and treatment methods from the specialists of the service. As a result, they helped me to adjust the treatment program and make it more effective.

I received a fairly comprehensive and quick answer to my question of interest. The abundance of additional information was a bit overwhelming, but I must admit that expecting a simple and brief medical recommendation was naive.

It seems that the more specific the question and the more supporting documents included in the request (medical reports, test results), the higher the quality of the response.

I plan to undergo the tests recommended by the doctor and return with a follow-up question about the next steps.

I've received a detailed and comprehensive feedback on my condition and informative answers to my questions. The reply came back even earlier than expected, moreover it came on Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only drawback so far is along with the comment from the specialist I've also received some questions to clarify my symptoms, but I am not sure how to address them. If only raising a new question on the site probably.

Help was good and faster than i excpected and they suggested some alternative options on my treatment (psychiatric medicine) that we then discussed with offline doctor.
