Look, this hype has died down now in the USA years ago and now it's the UK's turn to get some money out of people. Yes, probiotics help the gut and immune system but you don't have to pay silly money for it. Supermarket stuff is just as good and a diet of foods like sauerkraut, yogurts etc is just as good, cheaper and safer. The body will only use what probiotics it needs and can digest, the rest is excreted.
I had a free sample trial, no way I'm wasting my hard earned cash on gimmicks

I started Symprove on the…
I started Symprove on the recommendation of one of their ambassadors, Gemma Atkinson who I met recently at a media event.
I can honestly say it’s been a game changer for me. I feel happier, more balanced and healthier. There is a really strong connection between the gut and the mind and I must admit I was quite sceptical having tried many probiotics in the past.
In a couple of days I noticed a complete difference in my digestion and also in my sleep and more importantly my mood.
I now have it on repeat subscription and cannot imagine what it would be like not having Symprove in my life.
Unfortunately this week, I was badly let down by Evri (the courier company) however their head office a special thank you to Will and Alex kindly sent me replacements by next day delivery at no extra cost to me.
They went above and beyond and I am so grateful.
If you haven’t started your Symprove journey I would highly recommend that you start today.
Gemma’s daughter actually calls it “magic water” and it’s very true!

I have been taking Symprove for a number of months now. I did see improvements but have found that, over time, my stomach is becoming more sensitive again so I have stopped using it. I might have a break for a few months and then finish up the rest of my stock.

The gut microbiome is unique to each individual therefore responses will vary from person to person. A small proportion of people report mild and transient changes in gut symptoms. If you have a sensitive gut, we often recommend lowering the dose for a week or so to allow the gut time to adjust.

Some improvement after 3 months, hoping for further success
Following a four week long bout of antibiotics, I was feeling run down and my bowel habits had changed. I decided to try Symprove and after 12 weeks, I noticed that my gastric reflux, which required regular antacids, had disappeared and I hadn't taken the medication in all that time. I'm now on my second three month course and hoping for further improvement to my gut health.

Initially recommended by a friend who was aware of my diverticulosis. I was sceptical at first as I’ve had issues for years but I decided to take advantage of the 12 week offer. From day one I have had no gastrointestinal issues which is truly amazing. My GP was supportive of my use of this supplement.I have continued with the regime which is easy follow. I am considering signing up for a 4 weekly subscription and I’d like to try different flavours after having had the Mango and Passion Fruit for a number of weeks. I would like to think that if there is a flavour I really don’t like then I could get a refund on my subscription? Overall having suffered from GI issues for year my current life has been transformed

It is a very efficient service - quick and painfree apart from being expensive though ‘you pays for what you gets!’ It is very easy to take, reasonably palatable and as promised. It is difficult to assess what good it is doing as I have no way of measuring the bacteria in my biome. However, various digestive symptoms do seem to have been alleviated so it would be a bit of a non-brainer not to ascribe this to the Symprove.

Double Charged
Be very careful with this.
Emailed to cancel my subscription a few months ago. Had it confirmed by email that my subscription was cancelled.
I cancelled because I was skint and couldnt afford £50 a month for this.
Took out a new contract (subscription) a few months later. For some reason they took this as me automatically starting TWO contracts.
They never asked? Or asked me to confirm? Just randomly set up TWO contracts and billed me £90 for the month.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT 8 BOTTLES ARRIVING ON THE SAME DAY?
Asked them to refund this and they wont.
Wont be using again.

I highly recommend Symprove probiotics. Symprove has kept me going through bowel surgery. Easy to take for those who do not want to swallow a pill. 70 ml shot each morning, ten minutes before meals, and great-tasting, too.
