Danny and his team were absolutely brilliant. Keeping me reassured all the time throughout my mortgage procedure. Answering me day or night with my ten thousand questions. Using this company is a much more personal experience and I highly recommend them. 10/10 from me thankyou ❤️

Michelle and the team are fantastic at what they do. Very helpful and professional. I have used their mortgage service's twice now and both times things went smoothly. The team also sorted out all my insurances and solicitors.

Fantastic service from Chris Briddon at SY Money. Took all the stress & strain out of our two remortgages when our deals ended. Cannot fault my experience with symoney. I dealt with David Fearn to get my mortgage who I could not fault. I had spoken to various brokers, but David stood out from the rest with his prompt responses. I was on a tight deadline to get the mortgage in place as soon as possible, David did everything he could to make sure this happened and I cannot thank him enough.

Bent over backwards to help us,even with problems that weren't their fault,just a pity I couldn't give more than 5 stars,excellent service

Michelle was recommended on a Facebook group for first time buyers. I contacted her in January to just make enquiries on the process of getting a property and the chance of me getting one as a Visa holder with limited time before renewal.

Voila, that was how the journey started, I was so naive and kept sending several mails to Michelle, asking questions aback and fault, she was so calm and kind in her responses. I finally got a property in February, informed her and she got to work, at some point I said to her, some other broker said they could get higher than what she was able to lock down for me but she was not offended ( The other broker eventually gave a silly excuse on why it won't be possible).

Michelle showed empathy at every point whenever it seemed like thing were going to go wrong, she made sure the pressure of the Sales rep didnt get to me by basically encouraging me all the way.

Honestly, I would choose this Company over and over again, they had a good team |(Michelle and Christopher) also, from Solicitors (thank you Jayde) to Insurance brokers ( thank you Amy).

The fact that you pay for a service does not necessarily mean you will get the best but in this instance, I got very good value for money that I don't think I would have gotten elsewhere.

Michelle knows what she is doing so well that you do not have to worry for a second.
