This is my first time buying from this…

This is my first time buying from this site, and I was very worried, but all my worries turned out to be in vain. The delivery was fast, and the items were authentic. The customer service responded promptly to any silly questions. I will continue to use this service; it's on par with the well-known giants.

Not sure if this webshop is indeed legit?

I saw many sold-out anywhere else products on this webshop with reasonable price. But the shop seems to be in Ukraine which is not in EU and operates in Czech? Anyway a not-known webshop to me. So I decided to first contact the customer service, for the questions on the products, also to see if the shop is legit. But I contacted the customer service twice, one thru their online contact form, and the other via the email. No response whatsoever. This makes me almost certain not to buy anything from them..

Very disappointing experience with this…

Very disappointing experience with this website. Their customer service is extremely poor and they show no real care for their customers. Delivery takes 8–10 business days, which is by far the slowest compared to other online stores.
What is even worse is their complete lack of responsibility when a package gets lost. They do not provide any clear deadlines for when they will officially declare the shipment lost or when the refund process will begin. Instead, they constantly shift the blame to the courier company and claim they are “waiting for a response.”
The customer is forced to personally contact the courier service just to move the process forward and get any final answer. It’s nothing but excuses without any real action.
At the end of the day, the customer has a contract with the website and pays them directly. Which courier company they choose is their responsibility, not the customer’s problem. Real professionals take responsibility, offer fast solutions, and provide compensation when they truly care about their customers.

Purchase went out smoothly, reliable website

My husband kindly bought me a bag on that website, and it all went out smoothly 🙂 It was a « The Row » bag and that leather and color was sold out everywhere, so I’m super happy. 😊 The bag is exactly what I expected, based on the pictures on the website. However, I wish they would send confirmation emails. We didn’t get a confirmation email after the purchase. Everything has to be checked on the user account on the website. We only got an email from the delivery company the day before they delivered the package.

I was a bit skeptical at first

I was a bit skeptical at first, but both the product and the overall experience really convinced me. The quality is great and legit, the service was very good, and the packaging was beautiful and thoughtful. Delivery took one or two days longer than expected, but that was completely fine in the end. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

The Customer Service Team is self-promoting, but no real care and understanding about customer care.
The price level is too high in comparison to other e-commerce companies focused on luxury items.

The company that shipped you the…

The company that shipped you the parcels in Bulgaria is disaster. When you want to return back the order the CMR that is sent in the box is not valid. You need to send a picture of the CMR to ask the DHL’subcontracter to issue you a CMR and then to go and return back the order. This takes times and it’s very inconvenient having mind that pay a lot of money for clothes and shoes. The service is disaster,
The second problem is that sending back the order you don’t have any confirmation from the Symbol that they have registrated your request for return like all other professional websites for clothes

Be careful!!

Be careful!!! I have ordered 5 days ago, they took the money and no informations whatsoever on shipment despite requesting information many times. Looks like a scam. Furthermore the customer service provides a phone number and no one answers - they only reply by email with vague answers and no clear information.

Honestly the best way to get good clothes

Up to now I have ordered 5 times at symbol fashion.
The fashion they sell is nice and off course original.
The prices are sometimes really good but always better than anywhere else.
Contact and service is always great and very polite, even when I have forgotten to add the right address to the order.
I had one return case, that was totally easy and very correct!
When I visit the homepage today, I am very confident in the company!
So, over the time I have received very good clothing.
And always when I wear it, I am thinking thankful at symbol fashion!
