Hard sell!
I went to get my sewing machine fixed but was pressurised with a hard sell to buy a new machine. I do not want a new sewing machine! It was very unpleasant. Eventually the technichan fitted a new shuttle, the machine is worse than it was before the new shuttle, which councidentally is not the right one for my Husqvarna. I am pretty upset.

We understand that you are dissatisfied with the result of the repair. It is completely unacceptable that your sewing machine is now performing worse than before. The reason for this could be that it was misaligned from the factory, which sometimes happens.
We would like to correct this mistake and offer to thoroughly inspect your sewing machine. Our mechanic will properly adjust the shuttle and ensure that the machine functions optimally. This service will, of course, be free of charge for you.
