Great Customer Service
I love my new necklaces so much that I ordered some matching bracelets. I had received a discount offer for that purchase but somehow missed putting it on my order during checkout. I emailed the company and they have kindly refunded me the discounted amount.

Such a great company with excellent customer service and products.
They did the right thing after a shaky start
After emailing about broken bracelet over ten times, they initially ignored me, then subsequently flagged my review as defamatory. Trustpilot reviewed it, and upheld my review. Finally, helpful Helen did the right thing and replaced my bracelet for me and made a kind offer of an item of my choice for free. I accepted this, so they have made it right. Thank you.

I have emailed them 3 times to request…
Update--After several days the company responded to my return request and offered my choice of resolutions, which were acceptable. Would suggest they respond to emails in a more timely manner, since all returns must start with them emailing back. Not responding for several days is not great customer service.

Ordered a silver necklace. Got Gold instead of silver. Attempted to contact Sylian Grant through phone number. Straight to voice message. Left 3 voice messages. No Response. Emailed the one given, info@sylviangrant. The website states a response within 24 hrs. Been 3 days, no response.

Great Service, Refunded me when I stupidly forgot a discount code
Great service, I forgot a discount code for 20% off, was annoyed with myself for an easy mistake losing me $25. Emailed customer service expecting either no response of a "Sorry but thats on you" but was pleasantly surprised. Customer service, Melody in particular was great! Fast response time and immediately agreed to refund me the difference in price. So stoked and very thankful. Excited to see my items when they arrive. Thanks a ton

Horrible! I got the email that my order was shipped days ago (March 16th) and I never saw any updates on USPS Website. Today, March 25, I checked the Sylvian Grant website and it still shows “preparing for shipping”. Their customer support is awful, I sent a few emails and they only replied to one saying “let’s wait a few days”???! Horrible experience.

I ordered the tennis bracelet & necklace set & it is absolutely beautiful. However the bracelet broke which was an unpleasant surprise. However I contacted customer service & they immediately responded and sent me a new one. I have ordered the bracelet stack & have been wearing it everyday & love it. I am bowled over by the customer experience I have received this week (23 Mar 2026) … I purchased a gorgeous, sparkly , tennis bracelet. The quality is fab and it looks amazing. Not too OTT just right. I have received many compliments.
