First, I love the necklaces I purchased. Sadly, I had an issue with one but contacted Sylvian Grant via email. Received an email the very next day letting me know they were sending a replacement along with info to track the shipment. So courteous and professional. They stand behind their jewelry which is beautiful. I’ll definitely purchase more items. 💕

Bracelet Replacement
I purchased a bracelet in January and unfortunately, it broke in February so I contacted SylvianGrant for a replacement. They honored their 30-day return guarantee and replaced the bracelet with no problems. Great customer service! (I have purchased three different bracelets, and they are all very nice!)

Sylvian Grant have now responded to my emails and appear to have sent out a replacement. Chain broke as I removed the protective film from pendant. I’m seeking a replacement or refund, but so far I’ve had no response to my emails, this is my reason for lowest star rating unfortunately. I’ve tried contacting via direct email, email via website and Facebook comment.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet after being bombarded by advertisements on social media. I received my order on 2/14/26. The items were not what I had envisioned and don’t work for me. SG has a 30 day return policy and the clock is already ticking on the return window. I reached out right away on 2/15/26 and again on 2/18/26. Most companies send a message saying that they received your email and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I have heard nothing. I would like to return the items in a timely fashion but am feeling like I got scammed at this point. I have checked my email multiple times over the past few days to no avail. If email is the only way to reach SG, then they need to do a better job of responding to customers. If SG reads this, I will remove this negative review when you get back to me and send me a postage paid return label for my frustration with your customer service!
Update 2/20/26: I received a message from Sylvian Grant via Trust Pilot that they have tried to email me. I have checked and rechecked my inbox AND junk folders and still no reply. I even sent my phone number! No call. Beyond frustrated.
Update 2/21/26: Still no response. All of the positive reviews I’ve read have to be fake! Worst customer service ever! Buyer beware!

I bought my first tennis bracelet from sylvian in December. It was gorgeous, very sparkly and I loved it. I know I could have worn it all time but I chose to wear it periodically. It did break so I reached out and they sent me a new one right away. This is a standup company that stood behind their product and when I am ready to buy again I will be back. Thank you so much.

I love their jewelry! I have bought 5 pieces so far and wear them all the time. I know they say they are Waterproof/Heatproof/Sweatproof/ and they have a Lifetime Warranty! My last purchase was the tennis bracelet and necklace. The bracelet broke so I sent them an email with a picture. Heard back promptly that they were so sorry and they would issue a replacement order- free of charge!

I ordered the 3 bracelet combo
I ordered the 3 bracelet combo . I received it and they were really nice. I however had a hard time opening the clasp to get them on. It wasn’t the clasps fault it was mine (arthritis in my fingers).
I contacted them and this very nice girl named Melody helped me. I sent them back, they looked them over and said they would issue a refund.
It was very easy and I appreciate the great customer service I received.

I love my necklace and had it for 31 days and wore it about 3 times. There was a defect in the chain and I reached out to customer service and they were so understanding and helpful. They replaced the chain with no hassle.

I ordered a pair of earrings on 2/9 to make sure they arrived by Valentine’s Day.
Nope. Today is the 16th and I just received an “update” on my delivery…should arrive on the 25th!
16 days after my order, 11 days after it was “guaranteed”…and that’s IF it ever comes.
