Avoid placing orders via their website
Avoid placing orders via their website. My order for a watch from their website was validated, but they canceled it a week later. asking me to place a purchase on Flipkart or Amazon. It is strongly advised not to use their website. Through third-party payment, they verify the order. This requires time once again. Sometimes the money gets stuck as well.
