The worst service I have ever…

The worst service I have ever experienced in Sweden. There was a flaw or bug in their payment system and it had withdrawn money from my account but the subscription was suspended. For more than a month I wrote to them and called them hoping to get the money back. I even wanted to contact the police about the fraud. As a result, they found my payment and offered to restore the subscription, but I refused and demanded a refund — I do not want to deal with Sydsvenskan anymore. Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience and for blaming me. Wouldn't recommend Sydsvenskan!
