Outstanding Hotel Team – Truly Supportive and Understanding
I want to sincerely thank the team at YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, especially Hanny (Hotel Manager) and Richmond (Guest Services Team), for their outstanding support.
Due to an accidental duplicate booking, I found myself in a very difficult situation, just a few hours past the free cancellation window. Despite this, the hotel management showed incredible understanding and kindness. They promptly confirmed their willingness to approve a free cancellation once Agoda contacted them, which made the resolution possible.
Their professionalism, empathy, and swift communication turned what could have been a major financial burden into a very positive experience. This level of care reflects the hotel’s strong customer-first culture.
Even though I will not be staying this time due to the cancellation, I would gladly choose YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites in the future — not only for their quality accommodation but also for their exceptional management and guest support.
