Good quality but poor delivery service
We ordered a dining table along with 4 chairs which we are very pleased with. The quality is as expected and feels comfortable and durable. We are slightly disappointed however with the delivery service we received. 1) The delivery was slightly later then originally suggested, not a major issue but we were assured we would be contacted 30-60 minutes prior to their arrival which did not happen. 2) I had to remind them I had paid for instillation and removal of packaging as the gentlemen delivering were about to leave without doing this. 3) Once completed and they had departed, packaging was still attached to one of the chairs and parts of the cardboard has been left behind which I will now need to dispose of myself. This is our first experience with Swyft and I do feel slightly let down by this.

I absolutely love my sofa from Swyft
I absolutely love my sofa from Swyft! The sofa itself is fantastic. It looks amazing, feels incredibly comfortable, and the material is excellent quality.
But what really impressed me was the level of support I received throughout the entire experience. From my very first message, the team were incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure everything was right. The support didn’t stop after the purchase either. The post-sale service was just as good, which is something you don’t always find these days.
It’s rare to have such a great product combined with such outstanding customer service. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Swyft to anyone looking for a great sofa and a company that actually cares about its customers.
I am not sure I can use the names here, but my contacts were with Scott and Silindile. They were exceptional.

An excellent buying experience.
Following our order we received really useful updates of our order progress until final shipping notification. We were given a delivery date and a two hour timeslot for delivery which included a realtime online map showing progress of the delivery vehicle. Delivered exactly on time by a very accommodating delivery driver who unpacked the furniture and took away boxes and packing. Excellent quality product and great service from order to delivery.

A clear winner
I looked at lots of companies before choosing Swyft for their appealing designs, range of colours and fabrics, prices - including sensible credit finance offers - and quick, convenient delivery.
Both orders exceeded my expectations in various ways. I bought the Model 04 Garden Furniture Set and the Model 10 sofa, ottoman and three armchairs. Their quality and comfort are remarkable, assembly straightforward even for one seventy year-old woman not in the best of health. The rich Bronze velvet is surprisingly opulent for the price, yet manages to look elegantly understated, too. Well-designed, solidly built: I'm really pleased. The garden furniture is so comfortable that I just want to stay in it all day!
Delivery is super-efficient, too. Friendly, business-like; speedy but very careful unpacking. You get a two-hour time slot the evening before and lots of communication by text (and email) including a live map of where the delivery van is and updates about how many drops until yours. The delivery guy then phones you when he's on his way to you: forty minutes or half an hour away, in my two cases. Customer service also proved keen, helpful and efficient when I needed to swap one garden table leg.
It's a risk ordering furniture online without having seen it in one of their showrooms, but Swyft sent fabric samples very quickly, and their unusual 100 days return policy is reassuring. I won't be sending anything back, though!
This is an impressive, thoughtful company who have really nailed it in this market.

The furniture’s fine- nice even
The furniture’s fine- nice even, but it took them weeks to figure out how to get it to me. Everything was promised on a particular date - loveseat, dog beds - the lot. Nothing came, ushering in a period of serial false promises and repeated apologies. Eventually I received everything, but seamless it was not. Logistically, these guys suck.

Lovely sofa, speedy delivery
Delighted to find quality furniture that I like, that comes flat packed so it fits through my very small door! Also liked the speed from order to delivery, just a couple of weeks. I wanted to check a fabric swatch before ordering but risked missing the end of their sale, but they immediately agreed to hold the sale price for me which was very reassuring in terms of their customer service.
Communication from order to delivery was excellent and the new sofa arrived when promised.
My only slight “niggle” is I paid the extra for home assembly and removal of packaging, but on the day the driver seemed reluctant to take the boxes. He told me if he took the boxes away, I couldn’t return the sofa if I discovered a problem with it after he left. I thought that very odd and not in keeping with the customer care I had previously experienced. I live in a tiny house and I’m not sure where he thought I would store two giant boxes “just in case”!
Anyway, I’m very happy with the sofa, it’s comfortable and looks great in the room.
UPDATE:
Following my review above, and the speedy response from Swyft in which they offered to refund the fee I paid for assembly and box removal, I have updated my review to 5* A company who responds so positively to feedback is a rare find!

Great quality furniture and excellent customer service
I was looking for a sofa that I could fit through a narrow hallway and the Swyft Sofa Model 10 in Harissa was the perfect choice. It was simple to put together with no tools required. I did have some concerns about the quality of such sofas, given that they come in pieces. However, the sofa is really sturdy and very comfortable and the matching armchair is the same. I also bought four dining chairs and a side table. Again, these items are great quality, well made, and the wood is gorgeous.
I would highly recommend Swyft furniture, especially if you have a small hallway and want a three-seater sofa.
I'd also like to praise the sales team, who I contacted a few times with questions. Each person I had contact with was friendly, helpful and all communication about my order was spot on. Great people to deal with.

Ordering and communications great
Sofa is superb, fab quality, exactly as described and dead easy to assemble.
Delivery was late but communications re this were clear and timely.
Uses enormous cardboard boxes, would be great if these could be taken away and reused rather than me having to chop them up and recycle.
