I purchased the premium option to get my business incorporated fast and use the EIN for bank applications etc. The FAQ on their website says "How quickly will I receive my EIN?
Because we file electronically with the IRS, you can often receive your official EIN within 1--3 business days. Our specialists carefully review your application to prevent delays." Therefore I used their service. After a few days I asked them and they responded "we filed in time" and it takes 3 - 4 weeks. After questioning them they couldn't provide an answer. This is false advertising.

I was having difficulties signing into / creating my account. I dont know what happened but Ray was extremely patient with me. He kept having me try different things on how to log in. Ray walked me through it step by step
