Hi Sir/Ma'am... I am your regular customer since 2021... I:d bought 7 sarees mostly satin, mixed colours (2), dark green, dark brown, cream, pastel pink, mustard, orange etc... 3 or 4 kurtas... So Good fabrics.. i think you are the first who introduced plain and rare colours in all comfortable fabrics... Today I have ordered plain crepe dark lilac
Terrible customer service and delivery. There are no phone numbers and the couriers they use claim that delivery failed when they don't even come home. This happened 3-4 times and response from Swtantra is terrible. There are no phone numbers and no options to call and speak to someone. I would never buy from this company again!
Scam business!!! Please don't buy anything from here!!! They gave me the wrong saree, and took days to reply and send me the right one. They charged me ₹400 to put fall on the saree and sent it without the fall!!! Now they're not giving me the refund and have stopped communicating. They're bunch of losers who will scam you.
They sent me a wrong saree and declined a refund and offered store credit only but I finally convinced then for a refund because it was completely their mistake, now it has been more than a month since I have returned the parcel and they are not giving back my money ( 4500Rs). And I text them everyday and they just say that we are looking into this, there is an issue with delivery.
Pathetic experience!! I had placed my first order of 2 sarees (Orders SWTT61575 and SWTT61576) on 18 Dec 23 (to be delivered to an Indian address) which were delivered promptly but one of the sarees (order SWTT61576) had a defect in it so when I asked for a return and refund, I was told they only offer an exchange or a store credit (sheer exploitation). So I had no option but to order a different saree and a blouse and this whole process has taken weeks and countless emails. I finally received the saree and blouse today (09 Jan 24) at my Indian address and they have sent me a different blouse than what I had requested. I am so frustrated with this company!! Their customer service isn’t great and they take ages to respond and at the end, send wrong products! I would steer clear from them!!
