Die schlafen alle

My name is Manfred Krames, and I cancelled all their supply services in a letter 5 weeks ago. A witness was with me. Since I did not hear from them, again 2 weeks later. To be 100% sure, I in addition e-mailed them, which was acknowledged.

Today, when my landlord visited their office, he was told that I forgot to cancel my contract with them.

So after 5 weeks and 3 notices they still deduct money from my account.
What has become of Germany?? This is outrageous!
