Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Selling guides on how to be compliant when the guide its self isn't compliant. Mistakes and false information all over it. Even published a deceased gentleman's details. Pifs, shades, allergens, labels inci the list goes they all wrong. Wont give a refund even tho sold u false information. Ive had it looked at by 2 professionals. Im reporting to trading standards and bank.

Placed an order the start of November…

Placed an order the start of November messaged at the start of December asking for an update to be told they where a few days behind and they would be sending my order the following Wednesday which was fine by me, messaged the Wednesday to see if it had been posted with no reply to have my order cancelled yesterday with a refund stating I asked for it which I didn't.. which means I can not find a replacement
supplier this side of Christmas and I'm also down financially until the refund hits my account, shoddy communication and I believe she new she wouldn't be able to fulfil the order but spun excuses..I wonder how many more she's done this too

The products i received were of very poor quality. When emailed with picture the store, I never got a reply, instead I received a refund which I never asked for. Non existent communication. AVOID, product looked like slammed in the pot like a pile of p**

Evil 😡

Awful 👎 company 😡 person is very anger and nasty to customer when contact and order not show up after 7 many months no money or package and just seen other reviews of others having same issue as me now I regret paying this evil business owner👎 I will not trust again and advice everyone to be awar and stay away shut down company👍

Avoid them completely.

I put in an order nearly 3 months ago which I never received. I sent an email a month and a half after placing my order asking where it was and didn’t get a response. I had sent another email today and discovered their social media page which I messaged on, explaining that I haven’t gotten my order and no email response and that I will be disputing with Clearpay to get my money back and that I was thinking of reporting them as my partner hasn’t had a great experience with them recently with the time it took to receive her order and the complete lack of communication from the business.
I immediately got an aggressive response after messaging them on Facebook and was argued with, gaslit and made to feel stupid, sending me some aggressive messages in capital letters, extremely rude and demeaning messages and had basically put the blame on me that I left it too late to contact them and that I was completely at fault and they were “not taking responsibility for this” and even blaming me for them having technical issues which they were accusing me and my partner of blocking them which we had not. I had not had a single email or message from them before this even after I attempted to contact them in the past and never had a dispatch email or any tracking sent to me but this seller told me that they had sent the item 2 months ago and it was too late to track it now. I don’t believe they had sent it out in the first place due to the lack of tracking information or any proof whatsoever of sending my order out and no email to confirm it had been sent.
The seller got aggressive with me again as they had suddenly become extremely confused with what was going on and seemed to of forgotten what was previously said (in spite of the fact this was the same person I spoke to the entire time) they had no comprehension of what I was saying to them and I repeated myself for an entire 20 minutes for this person to understand what the problem is in order to fix it and is now claiming to resend the order which I don’t have any hope for as they seem to struggle to send things without it taking 3 months to arrive or doesn’t show up at all. To top it off they have gotten several of my partners orders wrong, oftenly missing a substantial amount of items and claiming to send out the missing items for them to never show up, again, with no email or message and no proof of doing so. No offer of refund or even an apology for the fault that they made.
The whole experience distressed and upset me alot as it felt like this person was trying to personally attack me with the way I was spoken to, even after I had asked for a less aggressive approach towards me as I was remaining calm and as professional as possible they immediately shifted it onto me and accused me of being aggressive, told me I needed to “grasp what was going on” and spoke to me like dirt.
I will be reporting to trading standards. I don’t believe this person can handle a business.

Avoid this company completely unless you enjoy being highly inconvenienced.

Avoid this website at all cost

Avoid this website at all cost. Placed two separate orders had to chase up 3 months later after no communication with why it was delayed, but finally received with missing items, contacted seller and got promised by seller they would send missing items out but another 2 months has gone by without receiving those.

Contacted the seller but they was extremely rude to me and my Partner also was waiting for a order been 2 months and we haven’t received anything, chased it up again..we have sent emails to the seller but no one has responded. Resulted into messaging directly and got a rude response from seller, got aggressive for no reason, blamed Royal Mail and myself/partner for not receiving it, but seller hadn’t shown any proof that it was sent, instead got angry and said they wasn’t at fault since its been 2 months, but I believe that they didn’t send it because they refused to show proof of it being send, after asking numerous times. Refused to show tracking, And we hadn’t received a dispatch email or anything to confirm it was sent Which makes me fully believe that, the seller messed up and forgot to send our orders but is covering it up by blaming other people for their own mistakes. Really unprofessional behaviour on sellers behalf.

Warning to everyone to fully avoid this company!! I will not trust them ever again, very rude and unprofessional seller.
