Dishonest Seller, No Product, No Refund
I placed an order for a drone on August 20th. The order was confirmed, and from that moment on the seller kept calling me almost every week saying, “you’ll receive it next week.” For two months I was strung along with empty promises and no clear explanation. Then, on October 2nd, I suddenly received an email stating that my order had been canceled and that I was being suspected of fraud. This baseless accusation is completely unacceptable, especially after two months of waiting, instead of being addressed at the very beginning.
Not only did I never receive the product I paid for, but I also have not been refunded to this day. The seller’s attitude has been disrespectful, dishonest, and misleading: making a customer wait week after week, then accusing them without cause while keeping their money is disgraceful.
I strongly advise against using this website. Be extremely cautious — you risk wasting your time, losing your money, and being treated with a total lack of professionalism.
