Expensive and unfriendly

As someone who was relatively new to using refillable vape, the staff at the rickmansworth switch vapes store were very understanding of my lack of knowledge and kindly took the time to help explain my opinion, and how to use/refill the vape i was looking for. Not to mention how friendly the staff are, welcoming us as people instead of just another customer.

They were very responsive to my messages
Only down side is they didn’t have the products I wanted

I found the council are not remotely caring refs any needs or questions you may have all they seem to do is constantly get the rule book out...I had a problem and the two guy's whom are supposedly in charge are so rude if you have a problem I suggest take it to the highest level it falls on deaf ears with these two and the toilets are still a disgrace along with their attitude.

Having been a committed smoker for more than 40 years I decided it was time to at least try vaping. I was so confused by all of the information that was available online and a friend suggested that I should find my local vape store and get their advice. In a short time with such expert advice I was able to select the most suitable solution and was amazed on taking my first inhalation just how satisfying this smoke was. I have now not smoked a cigarette for almost a month and cannot see any reason why I would ever want to do so again. I’ve returned to the store a couple of times, once to get the same solution for my wife who has now stopped smoking cigarettes after a similar 40 years and once for some more atomisers. Each visit has reaped the benefit of very patient and informative service and I couldn’t rate highly enough how delighted I am that I chose this store with such a expert and patient advice to so quickly and easily bring to a complete end such an ingrained and harmful habit.

The store is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air compared to other stores where no one knows anything. Very good selection of products. Good location too which is a plus.

This store in St Albans sells products to minors. They have sold £40 of product to my 14 year old this week. Unethical, completely illegal and disgraceful. I will be reporting them to the council. I don’t want this sort of outfit on my doorstep selling to local teens. The legal age to sell vape products to is 18 years old. They have repeatedly sold to a 14 year old, not a one-off infringement.

The staff at switch vapes are always amazingly helpful and are happy to explain everything you need know! If your new to vape or a veteran they have everything to suit both needs! Great store!

I visited switch vapes st Albans this afternoon and the guy who served me was brilliant, as I have just started vapping he put my mind at ease and didn't just sell me any old stuff. I would recommend you check it out.
