We are sorry that you feel the need to have left such a negative review. I appreciate you are dissatisfied with our service, however your complaint is around a problem with standard business procedures, which exist in most companies and your recollection of your time with us differs slightly to your version.
You joined us and requested a server. We work with a number of different suppliers and we choose the best one that suited your needs. You were initially happy, but then you had an issue with your IPs which we swiftly resolved. After that, we didn't hear from you (following your confirmation that everything was okay) until you wished to cancel, well after the cooling off period and after the initial one month term had elapsed. We cancelled your server as per your request, with 30 days notice, as per our terms and conditions. Our terms state 30 days notice as this is what we have to abide by from our supplier.
Once again I am sorry you felt our service was below par, however we have treat you fairly and in line our other customers; all while adhering to our terms and conditions. We can see usage activity on the server during this period, and because it has been used, we would have to pay for that usage to our supplier.
Your complaint is that we have bad service and attitude - at no point have we provided you with bad service or had a bad attitude towards your tickets. You are simply unhappy that you have had to pay for the service you have had, and we haven't bent the rules to refund you for something you've used. To leave us a negative review because you can't have your own way on this matter is unfortunate, however we are happy internally with our handling of your account.
