Very easy to book at the website. They are very helpful and friendly. They are so careful with our luggages. Had a great experience with swissporters and I highly recommend if you want to send luggages in Switzerland
Overall great service and made traveling via train with multiple checked bags a breeze. Communicated very well and actually went above and beyond and picked the baggage up a night early at our convenience due to a snow storm arriving the next morning. Luggage made it to our next stop seamlessly.
Great and much needed service! Was scrambling for help with retrieving a ski bag that I shipped days earlier to the SBB Zurich Airport, only to realize too late that both my arrival and departure would be outside of the SBB counter’s operating hours. So glad to find their service and that they were able to help and delivered my bag to the hotel I was staying. Swissporters were very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and fast in responding and delivering (through phone and email conversations). Their price is very reasonable too, especially when compared to the alternative of cutting my trip short and rearranging plans, which would’ve been major headaches. Highly recommend and thank you!
I highly recommend this service. It was very easy to book a transfer of three large pieces of luggage from Lucerne to Zermatt Switzerland. It was worth the cost to not have to juggle that luggage alongside two young children as we connected through three trains on the trip. The staff were very attentive in the luggage arrived on time and was delivered directly to our door. I highly recommend.
