Excellent customer service. Very helpful and very friendly.

I purchased 3 Swissker Plaque Busters for $27.24 on March 9, 2026.
Opened & tried 1. I didn't like it.
Seems like a person would only need 1 of these if they haven't been to a dentist or had their teeth cleaned in a long time.
Trying to return it isn't even worth it. They only return the exact purchase price MINUS shipping cost.
Then I also have to PAY to ship them BACK!!
With this kind of return policy, I would never recommend buying anything from this company.

I had no idea what to expect from this funny little light! I had a bed bug and odor problem in my bedroom, I tried everything and nothing was permanent. So,I placed the light on top of my bed and set it for an hour to start with. When the time was up I opened the door and I was immediately struck by a crisp odor in the room, it slowly dissipated and I inspected my twin bed, I didn't see any evidence of life and my mattress was odor free. I knew the real test would be at bedtime, and I slept undisturbed by any little bites. I have 3 cats and that is where my odor issues come from, well, I can't believe how efficiently this light actually disinfects the air. This was a worthwhile investment. It doesn't cover up odors, it eliminates them. And it destroyed the bedbugs. I am thrilled, and I feel confident that I have a much cleaner, and more pleasant home than before. I am 73 and I have seen inventions come and go, but this one is a keeper!

Swissklip was extremely helpful with assisting me on getting my cleaner replaced. The Customer Service team was very polite and responsive. I really appreciated their assistance

Item was fraudulently advertised and did not function as described. They attempted to have me keep the item and give me a 50% refund for an item that did not perform. The only reason that they completed the refund is that I used a credit card and filed a complaint through the card company

I'm hoping it will be helpful in clearing the dust mites because I'm in a senior building with old indoor/outdoor carpeting,if bugs are in my apartment I hope it'll kill whatever and wherever their eggs are, and I can stay comfortable within my apartment thank you Anthony Hobbs and Gayla Redrick

first time shaving my head. Second time one of the rotors fell out. Plastic piece would not snap back in. Not sure the second shave was complete. did like the initial response from others. However, don't reckon I can afford a disposable razor of such a price. Especially without a replacement plastic piece / head. ty Part 2. I finished with one head missing. I would like to upgrade to 3 stars.

Lost original charger and inquired about replacement. Though they no longer carry, they were able to give me the specs and I will be able to replace independently. Timely and cordial. What else can we ask in these graceless times? Thanks

Had mine for like 7months. Very little use maybe 5 times. Just rinsing it is not enough. Hair grime still builds up under the blades causing the spring to pop the blade out. Can't repair it once that happenes...

I ordered 3 products as gifts, however, 2 of the recipients did not want them. Their return process was a nuisance and although the returns were delivered on 1/15, I did not receive the refund until 2/24 (their website states: "The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility.")

I found the website very easy to navigate my order now that I understand better that I'm not going to keep getting it every month you explained all that fantastically the product seems to be of high quality and I'm looking forward to start using it I haven't started yet I'm getting rid of the old product that I had from a different company first I tend not to waste anything so I won't just throw something away I think I'd like to look into your nail clippers and things like that can you send me a link to those products again that would be great thank you Rick

I didn't really notice much difference after using this product for over a month. Not sure I would buy it again

The device works well on controlling bedbugs in a recliner chair for only two days. Treatments need constant repeating at these intervals or they come back.. Also, would like to know if bottled water and packaged foods are safe in the room when the device is activated? What may need to be removed from the room other than open food items,etc.?

In error, I ordered two laser kits one right after the other.
I saw my mistake and called customer service ASAP to fix this.
I sent an email and was immediately informed that they saw the same error too and that my order was adjusted and I anticipate my card to be refunded.

Basically the unit is working as promised, but you charge me$103.88 three timed on credit card and $15.57 two timed on credit card. I received two item and two of the bright item.You owe me an refund. Not happy

I have a removeable custom dental device designed to hide two implant sites in the process of being completed. That device collects all the "stuff" in one's mouth and is very difficult (nearly impossible) to clean properly.
