My email to support got answered within a day. Good turnaround, but sometimes I had to follow up to get more details.

I recently had a very concerning experience with a trading company operating in the Middle East. I want to warn potential clients about their highly unprofessional behavior.

Initially, I chose this company because they claimed to be based in a reputable financial hub and presented themselves as certified by local authorities. However, I have since discovered that their certification is for a general company registration, which has no bearing on their ability to operate as a brokerage. This distinction is crucial and was not made clear to me.

Throughout my experience, I encountered numerous instances of:

Inconsistent Communication: Promises were broken, deadlines were missed, and communication was often vague and contradictory.
Unprofessional Conduct: I received concerning and accusatory communication, which raised serious doubts about their legitimacy.
Changing Terms: Agreements were constantly altered, and withdrawal conditions became increasingly restrictive.
Lack of Transparency: I was unable to obtain clear answers to my questions regarding account activity and withdrawal procedures.
Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned about the security of my funds and have serious doubts about whether I will ever recover my money. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. I urge potential clients to verify all certifications and licenses independently, as the company's claims may be misleading.

I hope this information helps others avoid a similar experience.

This can not be a financial advisor company who want you to lose money

1) I was approached by a sales agent, who convinced me to invest in IPO WAY and this is the only reason why I joined Swiss Capital. Eventhough I scraped with much pain every cent together USD 16,500.- , I didnt get any IPOs. I placed therefore a withdrawal request for the complete ammount, however this was then ignored multiple times

2) During this time, please note, all of a sudden, I received USD 4,500.- as a bonus, without any explainations.

3) After this, I got assigned to Mr. Javed, who wanted me to invest in crude oil, eventhough I again told him I want to step out of Swiss Capital, as I cannot bear any losses – I am an ordinary person, with an average salary, with three children to feed! After many back and forth, he guaranteed me I will succeed if I invest in crude oil. Hence, I invested all of my savings as per his order and in the following months I could only witness lossess over losses!
I was panicking all the time, tried to contact Mr. Javed – but there was hardly any communication, no competent adivce, no explaination how to overcome this situation (see attachements). The worst service ever I have experienced! His only solution was then to pump in more money, to save the account.

4) My wife could sell all of her gold, so that I suggested him I can come up with USD 5,000.- , but he advised me to invest USD 20,000.-, to get additional USD 10,000 bonus from Swiss Capital. Regarding the bonus there was no clarification about its expiry date, risks, or whatsoever. Now I came to know, that this was not necessary to recover, as I could have hedged the account for a while.

5) Again the situation worsed and I received a call from Mr. Javed end of July to refund my account, and I refused, because he knew very well I have no money at all and he was again asking me to come up with money! This is the moment I realised, there was a pattern in his behaviour. Lack of communication, no proper investment advice throughout this journey, but he would only give me calls to refund by end of the month!!

6) Complete August I was waiting and waiting, no communication at all. Again end of August, he asked me to come to the office with a new plan to invest in NVDIA to get out of this situation. Again I realised this is the same stitch as always, he only wants me to invest money by end of the month. He also faked a call during this meeting, to show me how happy a client was with his profits. I refused again.

7) Out of the blue he called me on 30st August evening, telling me that my bonus will be removed by end of the month, as it has been already in usage for 1month! I was shocked, as I was not clarified about this rule before. I had the feeling, he was intentionaly hiding this information, didnt even warn me once during the past months, so that I would be forced to refund again.

Bottom line is, I feel scamed about this all what happed. He clearly violated his obligations as a RM. Mr Javed knew very well about my personal situation, how hard it was for me to get this money together, my children and everything. Especially due to the fact, that I have no background knowledge about trading, there was no proper communication, he would hardly respond to my calls and messages. He always used the same tactic, withdrawal requests will be ignored, forcing to refund money by end of the month and then face losses day after day. On the top, the provided bonuses have different rules (1 months, 2 months...etc), which have never been adressed to me.

Alltogther I lost USD 36,500.- and I want to request a refund of my investment

This company is related to Swiss Capital and they are big time scammers. They will take your money and put trades which will eventually go into loss. And worst part is they will not give you any withdrawal. Please stay away from this company. Dont make any investment with them.

Guys don’t do anything with them because there’s a platform named Swiz capital in uae of them
Those who doing scam the proper scam taking huge money from us and doing manipulation and don’t giving back the money because of this crime most people are struggling out side to get the money back we take a loan and pay it now its the persons come to home to ask the money then also they’re not paying the money back
It’s totally dangerous issue

Very professional and very trusted

It is one of the oldest companies that deal with them in this field. It prefers companies in terms of serving customers and knowing local banking, which makes me feel safe inside the Kingdom and Kuwait, and is not like other companies with a local depositor.
I strongly recommend her to any new client in this field

This company is a scam , they take your money and when you want to make a withdrawal they will start telling lies , made up stories and fake news. I am telling everyone, beware of this company and never invest with them.
