Horrible. No care about patients and their problem. I strongly doubt about their professional skills. Someone who does not listen or even read the letter sent by the addressing doctor cannot be competent, actually very superficial. Really avoid this place as much as possible.
I called, sent images to them and agreed to come in to have a set treatment for my son. The appointment was booked under my son so they knew very well what i was coming in for. I met probably one of the most unenthusiastic doctors who was just empty and sat on google looking for a solution as if he just woken up, put the wrong uniform on and walked into the wrong office. He then said we do not treat children, put a plaster on my sons foot and that was it.
They then sent a bill to account for his work. The bill is titled "normal tarmed positions and time". This is just unethical and an insurance driven practice in an expensive building they are renting which I doubt will be able to cover the overheads they have with out such a billing approach.
