I do lymphedema therapy and for x-mas 2023 I wanted to give gifts to about 30 of my clients. I teach how to use a 'dry brush' to reduce inflammation by awakening lymphatic fluids in the body and I thought a dry brush would be a great gift to give out. I found a Natural Wooden Dry Brush by Swissco LLC. The packaging was really nice and it even had key phrases like 'Helps increase blood circulation and promote lymphatic drainage'. And the best was 'for an even better treatment, wet the brush'. I bought one brush and figured I'd use it, see how it was and if I liked it, I'd purchase a larger quantity to give as gifts. After one month, this rather good looking brush was falling apart. Clumps of the bristles were falling out and the material holding the bristles inside the brush was disintegrating. I contacted Swissco through their 'contact us' on their website - After three weeks and two re-sends with no reply from them, I sent a letter to their NYC office. And I never received a response. Great looking brush, classy looking and all, but obviously very poor quality of materials. The brush also started to show signs of mold which is when I tossed my brush out and will never purchase their products again.
