I was really amazed at the speed of delivery. Ordered an engraved present on Saturday, and it was delivered on Monday . The recipient of the gift loved it too.

Ordered this item on the 5th December as a gift. It’s the 28th December today and it still hasn’t been delivered

Fast delivery and the quality of my bag is second to none. Last purchase was 20yrs ago because it lasted that long . Hopefully live to make my next purchase.

Order efficient. Still waiting after 14 days to receive it. Telephoned customer services only to be told that there was nobody available to deal with my query. Not in a position therefore to give a positive review. Good job it is only a watch strap and not an important gift.

My fault thought I was ordering a normal size engraved swiss knife for my son for Christmas, but when delivered it was a tiny one that's of no use at all I didn't realise until it came that it was a small one didn't see the size chart, so I've put it in my drawer and that's where it will stay unfortunately

Fast delivery for a multi-tool I have had before.

I thought that I had ordered a standard size Swiss Army Knife, the knife arrived very quickly and well packaged, but the knife was a miniature version of the knife that I wanted. Probably my fault, but looking back at the website, I feel that you should state the dimensions along with the description of the knives.

Website is user friendly, very simple to locate what I needed.
The item was in stock and delivery was quick and reliable. I got my Swiss army knife faster than expected.
The knife was exactly what I was looking for, and seems to be hard to find elsewhere.

Swiss Store was the only place I could find to buy the specific piece of luggage I was looking for. Price was considerably lower than manufacturer's own site (where it was out of stock anyway), good post-purchase communications and very speedy delivery. I'll be back to buy my nail clippers!

Great product sent quickly and efficiently

I ordered an item for my partners birthday which was to be personalised. Even those this site was more expensive than others I thought it would be the most reputable. Two days after I ordered I got an email to advise that due to technical error my order was cancelled. After correspondence with customer service I was advised to reorder which I did. I had to pay more this time for express shipping to receive the item on time. I subsequently received 2 items and was charged twice. I contacted CS and they sent me a returns label for one. I also sent a copy of my credit card statement to show both payments have been taken. I spent a week with emails back and forth CS advised that a company called Global E handle international payments and say they have only taken 1 payment so will no issue a refund. CS in Swiss store advise they are only the middle man yet I purchased from them. I have had to resort to going back to my credit card company to open a case to pursue them to get my refund. Overall although the item was exactly what I wanted the experience of dealing with Swiss store has been terrible.
